Prices vary by game type and number of players. Indoor escape rooms range from Â£21-Â£30 per person, City Hunt games are Â£15 per player, and Virtual Reality adventures are Â£27 per person. Children under 8 play free on City Hunt games when accompanied by two paying adults.

What is the recommended group size?

Our escape rooms and City Hunt games are best for groups of two to six players. For Virtual Reality, we recommend two to four players for the best experience.

Are there any age restrictions for the games?

Escape rooms are generally suitable for ages 8 and up, with under 16s requiring an adult over 18. City Hunt games are suitable for all ages, and Virtual Reality adventures are for ages 12 and up, also requiring an adult for under 16s.

Can I change my booking after it's made?

You can reschedule your game free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice, and the new booking date is within 30 days of your original reservation. Rescheduling is subject to the venue manager's discretion.

What should I wear or bring for my visit?

There's no strict dress code, but comfortable clothing is recommended as the games can be quite active. For City Hunt games, comfortable footwear is advised due to walking. Just bring your team and your problem-solving skills!

Is it safe to play your escape rooms?

Yes, all our games are designed to be thrilling but completely safe. Our trained Games Masters closely monitor all activities to ensure player safety is the top priority.

Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?

Many of our escape room games are wheelchair accessible, accommodating up to two wheelchair users per room. We recommend contacting the venue directly to discuss specific facilities and game suitability for your group's needs.

How do I find your location?

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, paid parking is available at St Paul's Square, just a 2-minute walk away, starting from Â£1.60 for 2 hours. There's also street parking, but avoid parking directly outside the venue.

How can I purchase gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers can be purchased online and are valid for 6 months. You'll receive a PDF voucher via email, which can be sent directly to the recipient. Vouchers are for escape room bookings only and have no monetary value.

If you don't escape, your Games Master can walk you through the solution, or you can choose to return another time to try and beat the room.

When should we arrive for our booking?

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you're early, you can relax and enjoy a drink in our 1920s-themed Speakeasy bar.

How do your escape games work?

You and your team enter one of our themed rooms, where a game master will explain the rules. You'll then have an hour to solve puzzles and find clues to escape. Don't worry, you're not truly locked in, and emergency exits are always available.

How many escape games do you offer?

We have five live escape games with a mix of scary and adventure themes. We also offer a range of online escape games perfect for remote teams.

What should I wear for an escape room?

We generally do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes of mind, as sessions are considered live performances. However, we may provide game credit for future use in extenuating circumstances. For private hire bookings, a 50% deposit is required, with final payment due one week prior. Cancellations made 14 days in advance incur no charge, while those within 14 days incur a 50% fee, and within 7 days or no-shows forfeit the full fee. Rescheduling may be possible depending on the situation.

What kind of clothing should I wear for the VR experience?

We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and shoes, and minimal makeup to avoid smearing on the headset lenses. High heels and hats are not advised. Glasses can be worn with our VR headsets, but contact lenses are recommended for maximum comfort, especially with larger frames.

What happens if I arrive late for my scheduled booking?

It is essential to arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking time to allow for check-in, safety briefings, and suiting up. Due to strict scheduling, if the game master has already started the suit-up process for your session, we cannot permit latecomers to join, and no refund or credit will be issued.
