I did the Hellevator escape room with my friends today - it was my first time visiting an escape room so I was unsure what to expect but had a lot of fun. Our host, Annie, was lovely and very friendly. We all had a great time and would definitely consider returning for another escape room.
Was hoping to do a game last minute which I understand isn't always possible but thought I'd pop in and ask anyway. The guy inside told me that everything has to be done online (which is strange as no other escape room has ever done this) and rudely told me to just go online and book for tomorrow instead. No help was offered and overall really poor customer service.

We visited in March (sorry!) and did Hellevator, and it was one of the best rooms we'd done. Great puzzles, a fantastic host (Shearel) and we enjoyed playing games and having a drink in The Hideout afterwards. Cant wait to come back in July for another room!
We enjoyed the Cluetankhamun game. It was quite difficult and we were a very disorganised bunch so will try again. First timers might do better in another game. Our host Shearel was of great help, bless her! The cafe was a great space, just a bit cold and damp-ish. Same goes for the entrance. Overall, it's good fun for friend groups celebrating special occasions. Thanks!
Amazing Escape Rooms. The special effects and the floor moving along were just amazing. Our family managed to escape with 10 minutes left. They recently added a section where you can book the seating atra to play board games. Honestly, I would love to try that out next time.
