A deposit is required for all bookings and is non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event, the full outstanding balance will be payable. No refunds or re-scheduling will be provided for customers who fail to attend or are withdrawn from activities for any reason. In cases of force majeure, such as riot or power failure, Cannon Raceway's liability is limited to refunding or rescheduling the event.

One of the best escape rooms I've been to. Enjoyed by all, novices to experienced players and catered to all skill levels. Giving the group print out photo to each player was also a really nice touch. Friendly staff.
