How do I book a session?

Pre-booking is required for escapes with a 50% deposit, and the final balance is due on the day. Karting bookings require a Â£10 per person deposit, and laser tag games are paid in full when booked.

What are your operating hours and how long does a session last?

We are open 7 days a week from 9am till late. Escape room bookings are allocated 90 minutes, including a briefing, the 1-hour experience, and a debrief.

Are there any age or height restrictions?

For escape rooms, players need to be at least 10 years old, and those under 16 require adult supervision. Karting has an approximate minimum height of 1.32m, and junior drivers must be 8-13 years old. Laser tag can accommodate players from 5 years old with parent supervision.

What should I wear or bring?

For karting, you'll need a head covering and gloves; these are available for purchase at reception, or you can bring your own full-finger gloves with textured grip. Open-toe shoes are not permitted on the circuit.

What if I need to leave the escape room during the game?

You can contact your game coordinator via intercom, and there are emergency break glass keys available if you need to exit the room.

What is your policy on alcohol consumption before activities?

Drivers must not consume alcohol for at least 12 hours before their event. Anyone appearing to be under the influence will not be permitted to participate.

What is the group size for escape rooms?

The escape room accommodates groups of 3 to 10 players, with 4 to 6 being the most recommended size for optimal play.

We did this for our daughter’s 15th birthday celebrations and it was a really enjoyable escape room. Plenty of challenging puzzles but not too cryptic, as you get with some escape rooms. Really do recommend and it’s quite nice and compact too. We had 8 of us and it was a fun experience overall

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the organizer less than 72 hours before the event will incur the full outstanding balance. Deposits and final balances are non-refundable if a customer fails to attend or is withdrawn from activities for any reason. Bookings and tickets are transferable at the venue's discretion but remain non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for drivers who arrive after the safety briefing has started.

One of the best escape rooms I've been to. Enjoyed by all, novices to experienced players and catered to all skill levels. Giving the group print out photo to each player was also a really nice touch. Friendly staff.
