Amazing Experience! Had such a great time at Exciting Game - Escape Room! The whole experience was thrilling and full of surprises—kept us on our toes the entire time. A big shoutout to Connor, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. His energy really added to the fun. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exciting and memorable adventure!
We did the Fun House room tonight (our first room we’ve done here) and our host was Jake. We had so much fun and even had the live actor option which is 100% worth it! Amazing puzzles that aren’t too difficult if you’re not too scared 😉 ( which I was! ). We did it with just the two of us so asked for clues which were never too revealing but helped us along. We finished with seconds to spare. Jake was great from start to finish, we were on a late slot, 9:30pm and the energy was still amazing! Really good escape room with great theming and audio. I recommend anyone to go and meet the Clown 🤡 Can’t wait to book in again and do the other rooms!

Bookings are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once confirmed. However, rescheduling is possible under certain conditions: free if done 7 days or more in advance (one time only), a £10 fee for subsequent changes, a £15 fee for changes less than 7 days before the event, and a £35 fee for changes less than 24 hours prior. An alternative date and time within 3 months must be provided for rescheduling. No-shows or being more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund or amendment. Full refunds are issued only if Exciting Game cancels due to technical issues.

I went there with my Mrs for the prison escape 2077 even though we didn’t complete it within the time frame we enjoyed ourselves very much. Money well spent. The host was really lovely and helpful. We called the host as we were running a bit late and she was very accommodating and she still gave us our full hour I couldn’t recommend this enough.
Had an absolutely incredible time in the escape rooms, and Jake made the experience even better! His customer service was top-notch from start to finish—friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what he does. The rooms themselves were super fun, creative, and challenging in all the right ways. Jake’s energy really added to the whole vibe and made our group feel welcome and excited. We had an absolutely amazing time at Exciting Game - Escape Room Birmingham! We took on the Jigsaw Trial room, and it was everything we hoped for — tense, clever, and packed with adrenaline. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere had us fully immersed, with dark, creepy visuals and eerie sound effects that gave us real Saw vibes. The puzzles were smartly designed — not too easy, but also not unfairly difficult. Each challenge made us think, communicate, and work as a team. The flow between puzzles was smooth, and the progression felt natural and rewarding. The mix of logic, searching, and physical tasks kept the energy high throughout the game. Special shoutout to Connor, our host — he was super helpful, friendly, and really added to the experience. His clear instructions and support made the whole visit even better. Thanks to solid teamwork and a bit of luck, we escaped just in time, and it felt like such an achievement! If you're into intense, movie-style escape rooms with a psychological twist, Jigsaw Trial is a must-try. We'll definitely be back to try their other rooms!
