Went down today for new years to do the jigsaw puzzles with a live actor. It was a really tough room, nearly finished but was unable to complete it, maybe next time. Jada sorted us out, she was an amazing host, she was very helpful through the whole room process. She took amazing pictures of us towards the end aswell, definitely recommend, and will be back.

Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, including for fewer players than originally booked. Rescheduling is permitted once for free if done at least 7 days before the event. Subsequent reschedules or those made within 7 days incur a fee: ??10 for multiple changes, ??15 for changes within 7 days, and ??35 for changes within 24 hours. Rescheduling requires providing a new date/time within three months. Late arrivals (10+ minutes) are considered no-shows and are non-refundable and non-amendable. The venue reserves the right to cancel bookings; in such cases due to technical issues, a full refund will be issued.

We did the Fun House escape room and was hosted by Talia. She was very warm, friendly and helpful. The escape room was amazing and was fun thanks to Talia’s help. We appreciated her clues without her giving the actual puzzles away. This was our second time coming and will not be our last!
My siblings and I tried the Shelter-Z escape room and it was very fun! The puzzles were just the right difficulty and very creative. The atmosphere was very fitting for a zombie apocalypse. The room itself was well decorated with an interesting story to walk through. The staff were very welcoming, in particular Mya. She was very friendly and informative, making our experience very memorable. I really recommend this escape room for a night out. There are two locations opposite from each other, so just remember to check what building your specific room is in.
This was our 4th time coming and it’s always been an incredible experience, the team are fantastic, we had jada looking after us and not only is she gorgeous but her customer care and attentiveness was superb , we did the prison punk escape room and we escaped in time, the room itself was well designed and the clues were the perfect mix of challenging and interesting. We left feeling elated and accomplished , thank you team for an incredible experience, this is our favourite escape room company and we are already planning our 5th visit, I just hope you guys don’t run out of rooms for us Top tip: if driving allocate time for parking
