My siblings and I tried the Shelter-Z escape room and it was very fun! The puzzles were just the right difficulty and very creative. The atmosphere was very fitting for a zombie apocalypse. The room itself was well decorated with an interesting story to walk through. The staff were very welcoming, in particular Mya. She was very friendly and informative, making our experience very memorable. I really recommend this escape room for a night out. There are two locations opposite from each other, so just remember to check what building your specific room is in.

This was our 4th time coming and it’s always been an incredible experience, the team are fantastic, we had jada looking after us and not only is she gorgeous but her customer care and attentiveness was superb , we did the prison punk escape room and we escaped in time, the room itself was well designed and the clues were the perfect mix of challenging and interesting. We left feeling elated and accomplished , thank you team for an incredible experience, this is our favourite escape room company and we are already planning our 5th visit, I just hope you guys don’t run out of rooms for us

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Rescheduling is possible once for free if requested at least 7 days in advance. Subsequent reschedules or changes made less than 7 days prior to the event will incur a fee, ranging from £10 to £35 depending on the notice period. All reschedules require an alternative date and time within 3 months. Me and my friend had so much fun! The vibes matched the escape rooms really well, and the atmosphere was really cool. The lady was lovely, and the escape room- ,Royal Heist Academy, we did was really fun, though a few hints were needed to help us get started with the puzzles. I also loved how theres a story line, making the experience all the more thrilling! To improve, I’d add a little reward at the end for completing the escape room? Something like a small chocolate bar or a sweet maybe! Would highly recommend and visit again to do more escape rooms - Tejas and Naina
Very fun experience in the escape room. The live actor made the whole thing wayy more scary. Brad helped us out so much and made the game 10x more fun - the best game master we could have and definitely made it a 11/10 experience overall
The 3 of us did 2 rooms, Fun House and Royal Heist, we loved them both! We've done 6 or 7 previously and can honestly say these were the best! The rooms had lots of different types of puzzles, not just guessing padlock codes as with some of the others we've done. Hannah, the host greeted us with a smile and briefed us with a friendly manner. She gave excellent hints where they were needed and kept us reassured we were on the right track! All in all we had a brilliant time and will definitely be back soon, to play the remaining rooms!
