Booking & Cancellation
To cancel a booking at NPF Bassetts Pole Adventure Park, you must notify them by email or in writing at least 72 hours before your event for a full refund or a date transfer. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will receive a credit note, valid for 12 months, or a date transfer. Large groups (20+ people) that fail to cancel in writing within 72 hours will be liable for the full payment. Changes to participant numbers can be made by phone up to 48 hours prior. If NPF cancels due to weather, bookings will be rescheduled or refunded. Failure to attend an open session results in forfeiture of refund or credit. All refund requests are handled individually via email to info@npfbassettspole.com.

Came on my 60th birthday with my family to have a go at Axe Throwing. It was fantastic fun! Joe Hands was our instructor who not only showed us how it was done but was great fun too. We all enjoyed it so much and can't wait to come back and try one of the other activities. Thank you to all at NPF!
Had a fantastic time! The rifle shooting instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. Joined in with the jokes and was easygoing - made me feel relaxed which is a huge thing when neurodivergent! The axe throwing instructor was also friendly and approachable too! Didnt catch either names but both fantastic. Would highly recommend and would love to come back. Please pass on my thanks to both! I Visited today with my family. We did the quad trail, it was a brilliant experience! My youngest child is age 12 and was very comfortable doing it. The staff were all welcoming, very polite. They explain everything to you. The staff stay with you around the track to help if you get stuck. You get provided safety equipment. They offer other activities also, me and my family will be definitely visiting again to try another activity. Thank you ! To all the staff who made our day a beautiful experience today! I would highly recommend visiting for a fun filled day out. xxx
