You can reschedule your game free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice, and the new date is within 30 days of your original booking. Cancellations are generally non-refundable, especially if less than 24 hours' notice is given.

Our games are designed for teams of 2 to 6 players. If your group is larger than six, you can split into multiple teams for a head-to-head competition.

Yes, our games are thrilling but completely safe. Game masters monitor all games via CCTV and can assist or release players at any time. Player safety is our top priority.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, especially for City Hunt games which involve walking. You only need your team and problem-solving skills. We also have an in-house bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that can be enjoyed in our lounge or in the escape rooms.
