You will receive a refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time slot, with a 3% processing fee deducted. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, a 50% refund is applicable. A 20% rescheduling fee applies if you change your time slot within 24 hours.

Is the rage room experience safe?

Safety is a priority. We provide comprehensive protective equipment, and while generally safe, you will need to sign a waiver. Our injury rate is very low, occurring only with extreme carelessness.

You must bring your ID proof for verification as only individuals aged 18 and above are permitted. We recommend wearing socks for hygiene. If you are 3XL, please wear full-sleeved jackets, pants, and closed-toe shoes as we don't have safety gear in that size.

Am I allowed to bring my own items to smash?

Yes, you can bring personal items to destroy, provided they are not toxic or hazardous. We also provide a variety of items like glassware, electronics, and ceramic items.

You can schedule a visit by checking the calendar for available time slots and selecting your desired package. Bookings must be made at least 30 minutes in advance, as we do not accommodate walk-in customers.

Sessions typically range from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the package you choose.

Can I bring a group of friends to the rage room?
