What should I wear for my rage room session?

We recommend comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes. Open shoes, flip-flops, or sandals are not allowed. Please wear full-length bottoms and a long-sleeve top. All necessary PPE is provided.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Due to safety reasons, there are certain items that cannot be smashed. If you wish to bring a specific item, please contact us before your visit to confirm if it's permitted.

Can I bring my own tools to smash with?

We provide all the necessary tools for your session, including crowbars, hammers, and mallets. You do not need to bring your own.

Do you accept walk-ins?

While we do accept walk-ins, availability cannot be guaranteed. We recommend booking in advance to secure your session.

How much does a rage room session cost?

We offer three packages: Bronze for Â£25, Silver for Â£50, and Gold for Â£100. More details on what each package includes can be found on our booking page.

The minimum age to use the rage room is 12 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Rage Rooms are for ages 13 and up with a parent/guardian present. Splatter Rooms and outdoor games are for ages 5 and up, with specific age limits for certain equipment like Nerf guns.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Full refunds or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 25% fee, and within 5 hours, no refund. Reschedules within 24 hours get one free change, but within 5 hours, a 25% fee applies.

What should I wear and bring for my session?

You must bring a photo ID and wear closed-toe shoes. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and doesn't interfere with safety gear.

Is there a place to store my belongings?

Yes, lockers are available for your items. They are camera monitored, but locks are not provided, and the venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I bring my own items to break?

Yes, you can bring your own breakables, but they must comply with our policy and will be inspected by staff for safety.

What are your rules regarding alcohol?

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, single session bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, valid for 3 months from the original booking date. Multiple session bookings require 7 calendar days' notice for rescheduling. Gift card rebooked sessions must occur before the original voucher expiry.

How long do the sessions last?

Rage Room sessions are 15 minutes, Art Launch sessions are 30 minutes, and Escape Room sessions are 60 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Is there parking available on site?

We do not have a private car park. Customers typically use on-street parking at the front of the building or the Times Square Car Park, which is a short walk away. Many visitors also use public transport due to our city centre location.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Under certain circumstances, we can accept specific items for smashing. You will need to sign a waiver, and some items are prohibited. Please contact us in advance to discuss if you wish to bring your own smashables.
