If you wonna release some stress and let out your anger this is definitely the place to be. It was amazing we really enjoyed activity, felt very therapeutic. They had 3 rooms, 10 minutes each and definitely worth the price. We tried all three and enjoyed the plate smashing more, they also have music playing in the background and sensory lights with excellent service I would definitely recommend and definitely revisiting again thank you!
Great fun! We stayed in one room so didn’t see any other rooms but was great fun. Would have liked more plates and glasses to smash. Friendly staff and easy to find.

The Birmingham Rage Room was a blast! I went with my husband for his birthday, and we had a fantastic time smashing everything. The staff with curly hair (forgot his name) was super friendly and made sure we were safe while having fun. He kept checking up on us and offered more things to smash. It's definitely a unique and fun way to relieve stress. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and different activity.
This place is a hidden gem, so glad there’s finally a rage room in brum. So cool inside! 3 different rooms for half an hour, doesn’t sound long but you definitely get hot and tired after a while lol. Friendly staff. 100% going again!
Absolutely great experience!!! Booked a session here for Father’s Day, everything was perfect; the staff were very chatty and helpful, the three different rooms - electronic smashing, plate smashing and coffee cup golf were brilliant! Would definitely recommend and go back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
