I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so outrageous I feel compelled to warn others. We booked a 30-minute session for 6:00 PM and paid £65, which is not cheap. Due to traffic delays that were completely outside of our control, we informed the owner that we would be around 10 minutes late — and that’s when everything went downhill. We were told that because of our delay, we would only get 5 minutes in the room. Bear in mind: • The website and confirmation email did not state that arriving early was mandatory • There was no mention of penalties for minor delays • And no flexibility offered, despite a later slot being available When we finally arrived, we were told we’d only get 3 minutes, which is frankly insulting. I explained the delay was unavoidable, and I expected some understanding. Instead, I was met with shocking rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. The owner told me it was entirely my fault, refused to offer a refund, and insisted that to rebook I’d have to pay an extra 50%. The attitude and tone in the messages were completely unprofessional and dismissive — I was honestly stunned. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can go wrong and people can be late. That’s part of running a customer-facing business. What matters is how you handle it — and this business failed completely. What made it worse is that another couple we spoke to had a 5:30 PM booking and were told to come back 45 minutes later because the business was running behind — yet we were given no grace period at all. This was a completely disorganised and poorly managed experience. It’s not even about the money at this point — it’s the lack of professionalism, inflexibility, and disrespectful customer service that shocked me most. Avoid this place. They don’t value your time, your money, or your experience.
An amazing experience at rage room for my birthday, the two ladies were so lovely and truly made it such an awesome experience. We were able to choose what music was played whilst in the rage room which made it even better. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Great experience at the Rage Rooms for my 11 year old son’s inset day. The staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. We had brought our own playlist which we connected up with Bluetooth to the speaker, and enjoyed smashing crockery, hi if units and toys with our weapons of choice (a golf club and a mace!) with our soundtrack pounding out in the background. It was very therapeutic and my Oura ring showed my stress levels went from stressed to restored after it and my stress levels are still low the next day. We also had a session in the Paint Room where we got to fling and squirt paint at one another - again it was a brilliant experience and we loved it. Our clothes were a bit paint splattered afterwards but we knew to wear old clothes, and we’d brought a change of clothes which we changed into in the toilets (which were spotless). All in all a brilliant inset day.
We recently visited the Rage Room and overall had a fun and unique experience. However, we initially had a bit of a frustrating start—the confirmation email provided the wrong postcode, which caused us to get lost. Luckily, we double-checked the website and used the postcode listed there, which got us to the right place. Once we arrived, the staff were friendly and the experience itself was definitely a good way to let off steam. Smashing things in a safe environment was surprisingly therapeutic and fun! That said, I did feel it was a bit pricey for the time and setup—it’s great for a one-off, but maybe not something I’d do regularly at that cost. All in all, worth trying if you’re looking for something different—but double-check the location before you set off!
Lovely hosts, well located venue. Took my son as a birthday treat, he could have done with a few more items to snash as my ran out well within the 10 minute slot & was wondering around looking for things to hit .... note it's 10 minutes/ person, even if you buy the 20 minute SINGLE Smash! Sadly there was no options of smash tool ... presented with gold clubs only. Great option to play your own music.
