What is your cancellation policy for standard bookings?

Standard tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before your booking time via the 'Manage My Booking' link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or for tickets purchased within that 48-hour window, are not eligible for refunds or compensation. No-shows are non-refundable.

Can I change my booking after it's made?

Yes, you can move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival time. Use the 'Manage My Booking' link in your order confirmation to choose a new time, date, or cancel your reservation.

How does pricing work for the experiences?

Pricing is per person, per experience, and varies by location. To see specific pricing, select your game and click 'book now' to view available ticket prices and options.

What are the age suitability guidelines for the games?

We offer games suitable for ages 3 and up. PAW Patrol is great for 3+, Angry Birds or Junior Bundle for 5+, and most other games are for 8+. Squid Game is recommended for ages 12+. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Will my group be playing with other people?

No, all bookings are private. You will only be in your Gamebox with the people you booked to play with, even if it's just two of you. The only exception is the Manchester Arndale Social Pass.

What should I wear for my visit?

Please wear sensible footwear like flat shoes or trainers; open-toed shoes or heels are not permitted. We recommend wearing just one layer of clothing, as you might get warm during the active gameplay.

Why is it important to arrive on time for my booking?

We have about 15 minutes of pre-adventure preparation, including waivers, game rules, and briefings, to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Can I store my belongings securely during the game?

Yes, we provide a secure place for you to store your bags, phones, and laptops.

Prices vary by game type and number of players. Escape rooms are Â£42 for 2 players, decreasing to Â£31 for 6 players. City Hunt games are Â£20 per player, with under 8s free when accompanied by 2 paying adults. Virtual Reality adventures are Â£27 per person for groups of 2-4 players.

Are there any age restrictions for participating in the games?

Escape room games are generally PG, suitable for ages 8+. Under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18. City Hunt games are suitable for all ages, with under 8s free when accompanied by 2 paying players. All under 16s in City Hunt games must have an adult over 18 in their team.

Can I change my booking, and are there any fees involved?

We can reschedule your game free of charge with 24 hours' notice, provided the new date is within 30 days of your original booking. Please contact the venue directly to change your booking.

Are the escape rooms safe?

Our games are thrilling but completely safe. Our highly trained game masters are vigilant and monitor games via CCTV, and player safety is our top priority. You can leave the room at any time.

Is there a dress code, and what should I bring?

There's no dress code, but comfortable clothing is suggested due to the intensity of the games. For City Hunt games, comfortable footwear is recommended as they involve about 2km of walking. Just bring your team and your brains!

How can I book an escape room experience?

You can easily book online through our website, where you'll find available time slots. If you're in the area and looking for a last-minute game, feel free to call us to check for immediate availability.

What is the total duration of the escape room experience?

The entire experience lasts about 1.5 hours. We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your booking for a quick briefing and restroom break. The game itself is 60 minutes, followed by a debriefing and a complimentary team photo.

Will our group have the room to ourselves?

Yes, all our games are private bookings. Your chosen room will be exclusively reserved for you and your team; no strangers will be added to your group.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

Our games are suitable for all ages, starting from 10 years old. Players aged 9-11 require an adult to play in the room with them, or you can opt for our in-house Game Master service. Players aged 12-15 need an adult on the premises, while those 16 and over can play independently.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you notify us 72 hours or more before your booking, you can reschedule for free (subject to availability) or receive a credit for future bookings within 12 months. For less than 72 hours' notice, rescheduling incurs a 50% fee, payable on the day of rescheduling.

Is parking available at your locations?

Finding parking in London can be tricky, but there are usually metered parking spots available on the side streets near our venues for a small fee.

Are your venues wheelchair accessible?

What exactly is a Rage Room?

A rage room, also known as an anger or smash room, is an entertainment venue where you can safely smash and break items like glasses, plates, and electronics in a controlled environment. It's designed to be both exhilarating and therapeutic.

How many items do we get to smash?

Our packages include a minimum of 10 smashable items (like glasses and plates) and 2-3 'other' items such as DVD players or small electrical appliances. The exact quantity depends on item size and availability.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Yes, you can bring your own items like cups, plates, and glasses, as many as you can carry. Electronic items are also allowed if they meet specific guidelines, such as being carryable by one person, free of liquids/gas/aggregates, having batteries removed, and not being old-style big back TVs, microwaves, power tools, or refrigeration products.

What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?

We operate a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. However, if you provide at least 24 hours' notice, we may be able to reschedule your booking. Deposit payments and booking fees are non-refundable.

Is Rage Out wheelchair accessible?

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. You can reschedule your booking more than 24 hours in advance for a Â£25 fee. Rescheduling is not possible less than 24 hours before the event, and no refunds will be issued. No-shows also forfeit their booking without refund or rescheduling.

Can I bring my own food or drinks into the escape room?

No, outside food and alcohol are not permitted inside the escape rooms. If any team member appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we reserve the right to refuse admission for safety reasons.
