Booked Secret Studio for a friend’s 40th and we had the best time! Having done quite a few escape rooms already, this one definitely ranks near the top of them. Our host Romer was incredibly amicable and funny, providing just the right amount of humour, intrigue and hints through our time there. The ‘classic’ room we did there had twists and turns we weren’t expecting, and devices we hadn’t seen in escape rooms before. Overall such a fun experience, and we’ll be back to do the new Emerald Phantom room too.
Experienced The Emerald Phantom Escape Room. Very well put together, excellent theming & definitely became challenging towards the end. Thoroughly enjoyable and definitely gets a thumbs up from myself. There are some nice surprises throughout. Booking was extremely simple & easy via the website. Follow the instructions given to find the location (very simple). Staff were extremely friendly & helpful throughout our whole experience. Fortunately we managed to take advantage of a special pre offer, so we got excellent value for money. There are a couple of toilets on site. Free drinking water available. No lockers for personal belongings but an area that you can put your bags down or hang up on a clothes rack.

Cancellations are generally not possible for this live experience. However, a full refund is available if you cancel via email within two hours of making your booking. For changes to existing bookings, a £10 administration fee applies, and changes are subject to finding another customer to take your original slot. The more notice provided, the higher the chance of a successful change.

This is the third escape room I've done in London and it is my favourite so far. Went here with my partner and two friends, and we had a great time. Andrew was a brilliant host and really made the experience. The escape room was fun and suitably tricky - we made it out just in time. Would recommend!
Had such a great time at this escape room! The puzzles were well-designed, and the overall theme was really creative. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing just the right amount of hints when needed. It was a fun and engaging experience, perfect for a group activity. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and exciting outing!
Fantastic escape room. For context, I have done both this one and their second escape room " Escape from the Golden Hinde" and this was better for sure. They let 7 of us do the room together as to not break the group up and it the game master was great.
