Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations are generally not possible for this live experience. However, a full refund can be issued if you cancel via email within two hours of booking. For changes, reply to your booking confirmation. While they will try to accommodate, a £10 administrative fee applies, and success depends on finding another customer for your original slot, so more notice increases the chances.

A group of three of us did the Secret Studio Classic, for one of us it was her first escape room and she loved it. It was immersive from the very start. It was really cool and atmospheric - unique puzzles. Andrew & Jordan game masters were incredible, friendly, funny and very accommodating. Deffo would come back to try the others, lucky last minute find for us!
One of the best escape rooms I've done. Thank you to Alex & Jordan for a great experience. I'd highly recommend this to others. Puzzles were challenging and there were a different variety of them as well as a few spooks and jumps! 🫣 One of our party was in a wheelchair and this was very well accommodated.
Very nice adventure. The game master was very friendly and good at creating a nice atmosphere. Some small issues and feedback: the story / "solution theme" itself in retrospect didn't feel extremely consistent / coherent. Also in the beginning it was quite counter intuitive where the first clue would be. Anyway, while I remember these issues in restrospect they didn't detract noticebly from the experience, because the atmosphere was very good and the game master was very attentive and reasonably scaled the difficulty where necessary.
