We played all three rooms here with teams of two and four, and every single experience was exceptional. The rooms are incredibly detailed, with production quality that is truly outstanding. The storytelling is captivating from start to finish, and the puzzles are clever, fresh, and deeply integrated into the narrative.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole visit enjoyable from the moment you arrive. Clues are given only if you want them, which keeps the immersion intact. The linear rooms are perfectly designed, creating a smooth and engaging progression.
The only challenge is that the rooms are quite demanding to complete as a team of two, especially within the time limits and no clues.
Overall, Enigma Quests Holborn is a top-tier escape room venue with exceptional quality, great atmosphere, and truly memorable games.

OMG. I wanted to have a lil surprise for my partner so the team referred to Johnny who assisted me throughout the process. He was very attentive and made this surprise very special. He arranged everything with that boss energy so i hope you or your boss reads this cuz that was awesome. The whole team was very sweet and friendly. We were in the Oddysey room, which i 100% recommend. Everything was incredibly professional. The team was so generous as well, all you guys made this even more special with how well you managed and organised the whole process. It would have been a completely different experience if the team was not as good as you all. If i could give 100 stars, i would. I will defo recommend you guys to everyone who would like to have escape room experience in London. Massive THANK YOU. Feel hugged you kind strangers 🥰

Booking & Cancellation
Enigma Quests has a strict no-refund policy for all bookings, as experiences are live events. However, you can reschedule your booking to another date if you provide at least 72 hours' written notice by emailing bookings@enigmaquests.london. If less than 72 hours' notice is given, rescheduling may not be possible. If you cancel without a new date, a voucher for the booking amount can be issued for future use. Please note that late arrivals (15 minutes for Escape Arcade®, 10 minutes for Escape Rooms) are considered no-shows, resulting in declined entry and no refunds or changes.

I went to this for a work social - a mixture of the escape arcade and the escape rooms for different people. Enigma Quests went above and beyond to accommodate us, all for a pretty reasonable price. It was great fun: the escape arcade has loads of rooms/games to do, plenty my team weren't able to even get to, so there's loads of things there. The escape room was a great experience. One of my team members is fully blind - for no extra cost, the team looked for ways to be inclusive. We managed to successfully complete the room, and there were clues and puzzles that were done in Braille so that our team member could be included. While not perfect, they asked for our feedback so they could further improve as they're interested in offering this again. The people I spoke to behind the desk and the people running this are really engaging, and want to give people a great experience. I'd be happy to recommend this to others, the fact that they went above and beyond to get all people involved was really appreciated. It was my blind colleague's first escape room, and he admitted he was nervous about it at first but he'd be more than keen to come back (and try another room). Cannot recommend enough.
Went to Enigma Quests with my partner and had such a blast! Great mix of brainy puzzles and fun physical bits — we laughed, panicked, and high-fived our way through. Staff were super friendly (Dylan was fantastic!), there's a bar in the waiting area and the lockers were a thoughtful touch. Way more fun than your average date night! Also learnt a new word: Schadenfreude 👀
First visit and honestly wished I lived closer so I could go again. The arcade escape experience was so much fun. So many different rooms, and creative ideas. The drinks in the bar were impressive and they have lockers for bags/coats and you can take in your phone and take pictures. They thought of everything
