Fantastic Family Experience!
We visited Escape Room Whitechapel as a family—my husband, our 9-year-old daughter, and my mother—and we had an absolute blast. We had selected the Mayan puzzle. The puzzles were challenging enough to keep all of us engaged, yet still solvable, so even our 9-year-old could participate fully. It was a perfect balance for all age groups.
A special shout-out to Max, who guided us brilliantly throughout. He was incredibly helpful when we were stuck and had such an affable, welcoming personality—exactly the sort of host that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend for families or groups looking for an exciting and fun challenge!

Booking & Cancellation
Escape London does not offer refunds for cancellations. If you provide at least 72 hours' notice before your booking, you can reschedule your game free of charge (subject to availability) or receive a credit to your Escape London account, valid for 12 months, for future bookings. For notices less than 72 hours, rescheduling is possible if availability permits, but a 50% fee of the booking total will apply, payable on the day of rescheduling. Last-minute changes to player numbers will result in a credit to your account, usable for future bookings, gift vouchers, or in-venue purchases within 12 months. Rescheduling a Saturday booking on the same day incurs a fixed £25 fee.

Rachel was amazing; a true hostess! She made the children feel comfortable and excited. Absolutely loved her energy! The children had loads of fun in the Casino Heights (they left with loads of money). Rachel was kind and patient in assisting the kids and we all had a great time.
We’ve done a fair few escape rooms, but never just the three of us so we were apprehensive at choosing the most difficult room. It was certainly the best room I’ve ever done. It was magical, challenging but not impossible and so much fun. The attention to design was great we felt fully immersed. A shout out to Mila who was a fantastic host and helped us feel extra special (when telling us we probably had a 30% chance of completing the room and we went on to escape in 52 minutes!). Thanks for a great experience!
Jia was just perfect, and some other really great hosts at this escape room. Well designed rooms with a lot of puzzles that actually made sense. I've done every escape room at this venue - they have all been great. Would recommend - very family friendly too!
