Amazing experience. We booked two Plan52 rooms for a birthday celebration and we all agreed it was fantastic. The organisers were professional, engaging and it was really exciting. Puzzles had a good variety and the sets were well designed and immersive. Both teams escaped and the organisers took a photo of the group afterwards. Fully recommended, especially for first-timers. They were also flexible with adding more players after booking (including on the day) which was super handy!

Wanting a change from the monuments and museums, we booked ClueQuest for something a bit different. We’ve done escape rooms before, but this was definitely a challenge, but in a good way! A family of 4, with an 8yo and 13yo, the Plan 52 escape room had something for everyone to contribute to, and Kirsten was so accommodating and friendly.
It was a great evening for the family and I would recommend it for everyone visiting London.

Booking & Cancellation
clueQuest does not offer refunds for cancellations. For bookings of 1-3 escape rooms, a voucher is issued for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance. For cancellations less than 14 days prior, rescheduling is possible for a £30 per room fee, but no vouchers are issued. For bookings of over 3 rooms, a voucher is issued for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations less than 30 days prior allow rescheduling for a £30 per room fee, but no vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be extended. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. Contact them via email or phone for rescheduling requests.

We had such a great time at clueQuest! The puzzles were quite challenging, but with a bit of guidance we managed to work our way through them. The storyline was really engaging and the room design was top-notch — you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. Ollie was absolutely fantastic – helpful, supportive, incredibly kind and patient from start to finish. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable and fun. We left with big smiles and a real sense of accomplishment. Highly recommend to anyone who loves clever puzzles and great storytelling!
It was our first ever escape room for the both of us, and we decided to the second hardest room. It was indeed a challenging endeavor but we made it through with a few seconds to spare. I would definitely recommend coming here. Cameron was quite friendly and gave us a few hints when we were a bit lost. It was a great date option!
Amazing experience!! This was our first escape room and it exceeded my expectations. Cameron was a fantastic guide. We took our two kids, both just under 10, and they loved it. Truly a great family bonding and teamwork adventure.
