Excellent experience - our host Joe had a fabulous personality and 100% knew what he was doing! And after-conversation showed this company clearly valued being social and solving mysteries while still finding the experience enjoyable. Another host, Sofia, was also very kind in apologising when the room setup was running slightly late. The construction of the room was also, in fact, excellent. The number of hidden rooms and mini puzzles to solve was way beyond what I or the rest of my group imagined. My group did end up escaping the Samurai room (after numerous hints). The ability to receive these hints was also extremely helpful. The £104 price was also very reasonable for a group of 5. Although I would say, perhaps to improve on is, despite being able to buy refreshments such as water, the cost of such drinks were a little too ambitious. But despite that small negativity that could definitely be acted upon, Escape Hunt Kingston was an incredible, immersive experience that I highly recommend!

Had the most fun here with my friend. We did the Alice and Wonderland escape room and it was SO well done. Xanthe was our host and she was so lovely throughout! Had a nice cocktail too.

Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations for Experience bookings are non-refundable, as these are leisure activities without a statutory cooling-off period. However, table-only bookings (not part of a ticketed event) may be refundable. Rescheduling is possible at the General Manager's discretion, requiring more than 24 hours' notice, with the new booking date within 30 days of the original. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for rescheduling, no refund will be issued. If Escape Hunt cancels due to significant changes or technical faults, you may reschedule or request a refund. No refunds are given if participants fail to sign waivers, exhibit aggressive behavior, or disregard safety rules. To cancel, contact the venue directly or your event organizer.

Sofia was amazing and took time with us and explained everything clearly and especially with my children having special needs she did amazing and is a credit to your company. The game was fun we had the best time. It made my 40th very memorable.
Had an amazing time at Escape Hunt Kingston in the Atlantis room! The puzzles were super fun and immersive, and our host Reece was absolutely fantastic! He was very friendly, enthusiastic, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I purchased the Atlantis room as a christmas gift for 3 other people and myself. The lady who greeted us was lovely (Sophia?) and she makes a mean cocktail, which were really fun. Sarah prepped us before the room. We had a fun time working our way through and ringing the bell anytime we needed a pointer. After 44 mins we escaped and had a chat with Joe. The staff here make the experience, and are a credit to Escape Hunt. We all really enjoyed it and will certainly be back for more
