I booked here for a work event and from the initial booking journey they were prompt in answering all my questions. Upon arrival our food and drink tokens were all prepared. A special thanks to Charlotte who made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us. Food and drinks were great. The games we chose were so good that I’ll be coming back to try the others.
We visited as a group of four adults and chose the “decide later” option, hoping the staff would recommend a game that matched what we were looking for. After a brief discussion, we ended up with Psychedelic Mansion. The first 15 minutes were fun, but we quickly realised the experience was just the same four games repeated at increasing difficulty levels. As a result, the remaining 45 minutes felt quite boring. I was surprised, given the great reviews and the high ticket price. In reality, it shouldn’t cost more than £10. Overall, we were very disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a birthday gift for one of our friends. Also, very overpriced drinks.
For standard bookings, a full refund is available if cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled time via the 'Manage My Booking' link in your confirmation email. Cancellations or tickets purchased less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. For kids' birthday parties and school bookings, a full refund is possible if cancelled 72 hours in advance, with rescheduling permitted up to 48 hours prior. Larger group bookings and full venue hires require a 20% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 80% refundable if cancelled two weeks in advance. Rescheduling for these larger events is allowed up to one week prior. Holiday party bookings between November 10th and December 15th are non-refundable but can be rescheduled or converted to a voucher.

Had an amazing time the staff were super friendly and helpful really made the experience. So much fun will definitely come again
The squid game is very fun! There are total 6 mini games. It requires some skills but my 10yo boy can also manage to play the games. The staff Anna is very friendly and helpful. We all had a great time. Laughed a lot!!
Booked Squid game for my sons 13th birthday. You can add a name for your group and check in online, which I had done the night before. I didn't really need to as it wasn't busy, but then we did go at lunchtime. The staff were so friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. You can order drinks when you arrive, but you can also order them from inside the cube, which is a bit of a novelty factor, especially if you have kids with you. The game itself was fun, not as much moving around as I expected, but although there is air conditioning, it did get quite hot inside, so I was quite glad. We enjoyed the games and had a lot of fun, we can't wait to go back and try some different games. Getting my sons victory dance sent to my email was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended.
