We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Escape London, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nathan, our game master. From the moment we arrived, Nathan made us feel welcome and excited for the challenge ahead. He explained everything clearly, set the scene perfectly, and kept the energy high throughout our time there. Nathan struck the perfect balance of being helpful without giving too much away, which made the whole experience even more fun and rewarding. His enthusiasm and professionalism really added to the atmosphere and made our visit memorable. Thank you, Nathan, for being such an amazing host — we can’t wait to come back and try another room soon! Highly recommend Escape London, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Nathan as your game master.
Excellent escape room experience. Was a really challenging room but was so fun! The sci-fi theme was so cool. Benni was a brilliant game master and was super kind :) We will definitely be back again to try another room!

Escape London does not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you provide at least 72 hours' notice before your original booking, you have the option to reschedule your game free of charge (subject to availability) or receive a credit for the total amount paid, valid for future bookings within 12 months. For cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, rescheduling is possible if there's availability, but a 50% rescheduling fee applies, payable on the day of rescheduling. Please note, a fixed fee of £25 (incl. VAT) applies for rescheduling a Saturday booking on the same day.

We did two escape rooms here - on Monday we booked and did Overthrone. I can't remember the name of the woman who helped us but she was absolutely lovely and had everyone excited to do their rooms. There was air con which was great because it was in the middle of the heatwave. We heard her explaining about sector X and ended up booking that one for the Tuesday! We ran a little bit over but we were able to complete as there wasn't a booking after. The games are so fun and challenging. Rachel was helping us this day and she was also great. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the rooms!
The entire experience was amazing. I’ve been here a few times but we had a lovely host Rachel who really catered for us. Some of us were running slightly late so accommodated and let us start a little later as there was no booking later. This was a lovely gesture that really went a long way :)
We did Sector X and it was really fun, but also challenging! We just managed to save Earth. Our game master, Rachel, was very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this escape room to everyone. P.S. Don’t miss Pudding the Spider at the reception—he's really cute!
