How do I book a visit?

Prior booking is mandatory for all packages and accommodations.

What are the check-in and check-out times for accommodation?

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is no 24-hour check-in.

Breakfast is included with accommodation. Lunch and Hi-Tea are included in day adventure packages, and dinner is included in night adventure packages.

What are the rules for swimming pool access?

Swimming pool access is included, and polyester, nylon, or synthetic swimwear is mandatory.

Are there any age restrictions for activities?

Paintball has a minimum age of 18 years. All other adventure activities are restricted to individuals aged 10 and above. Children aged 6 and above are charged regular prices for accommodation, and children between 5-9 years are charged half price for buffet.

Is alcohol consumption permitted on the premises?

No, consumption of alcohol within Area 83 premises is strictly prohibited.

What is the minimum group size for night packages?

A minimum of 8 people are required for night adventure packages.

What is the policy on extra guests for accommodation?

An extra guest above 4 years is charged, regardless of whether a floor mattress is required.

Most guns weigh similarly to real firearms, ranging from 4.5 kg for models like the MP9 and AK12, up to 4 kg for LMGs.

What happens if I get shot?

When you are shot, your equipment deactivates. You'll wait for your team to finish the round before starting the next one.

Does the game cause any pain?

In Normal mode, it won't hurt. However, with B.R.E.T, you might feel an electric shock when hit.

How accurate are the guns?

The guns offer good accuracy, with infrared rays spreading to a certain diameter depending on the range.

Is physical effort required?

Yes, you'll carry a 3 kg kit and actively participate in the arena, providing a good workout.

Is the venue disabled-friendly?

We strive to accommodate all guests; please book in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

What safety equipment is required?

All players must wear approved paintball goggles and face masks at all times in designated playing areas. Barrel sleeves must be on markers when outside playing areas.

Can I use my own paintball marker?

Players must use only markers and paintballs provided or approved by Epic Paintball Arena. Personal markers or equipment are not allowed unless authorized by staff.

What are the rules for player conduct?

Physical contact, fighting, verbal abuse, foul language, or unsportsmanlike conduct are not permitted. Cheating or deliberately violating rules will result in immediate removal.

What happens if I get hit?

Once eliminated, players must raise their marker and one arm overhead and exit the field promptly and quietly. Do not wipe off paint hits while on the field.

What is the policy for bad weather?

Games may be paused or canceled in case of severe weather. Refunds or rescheduling due to weather-related cancellations are at the sole discretion of Arena management.

Are there age restrictions for players?

Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign an Indemnity & Consent Form. Players under 12 may only participate in specially approved sessions.

Can I take photos or videos?

Personal photography and filming are allowed only in safe zones and with staff approval. No filming or photography is permitted during gameplay without prior consent.
