We offer games suitable for ages 3 and up. PAW Patrol is great for ages 3+, Angry Birds and Junior Bundle for 5+, and most other games are for ages 8+. Squid Game is recommended for ages 12+. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and in US venues, under 18s need an adult to sign a waiver.

Will my group be playing with other people?

No, your booking is private. You will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play with, even if it's just two of you. The only exception is the Manchester Arndale Social Pass.

What should I wear for my visit?

Please wear sensible, flat footwear like trainers; open-toed shoes or heels are not allowed. We also suggest wearing only one layer of clothing, as you might get warm during active gameplay in the Gamebox.

How do I book an experience?

You can book online through our website. For bookings larger than 6 people, you may need to add multiple rooms. For social and corporate events with more than 24 people, please call us directly.

What are your operating hours?

We are open 7 days a week. Our hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:45 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Prices vary based on the number of players. For 2 players, it's Â£30 per person; 3 players, Â£27; 4 players, Â£23; 5 players, Â£22; and 6 players, Â£21. City Hunt games are Â£15 per player, and VR adventures are Â£27 per person for groups of 2-4.

Our escape rooms and City Hunt games are ideal for groups of 2 to 6 people. If your group is larger than 6, you can split into multiple teams for a friendly competition.

Our escape room games are generally PG, suitable for ages 8 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 in the room. City Hunt games are suitable for all ages, with children under 8 playing for free when accompanied by two paying adults.
