Our family (ages 62, 59, 14, and 9) visited for the first time, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had together! We are a couple based here, and our family had come all the way from India to visit us. We were celebrating my nephew’s birthday and wanted to do something fun and different—and this escape room was the perfect choice! We picked the easy-level room since we were all new to it, and it was a fantastic introduction. Every minute was engaging and exciting. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who guided us—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly helpful throughout the session. Although we struggled a bit at the beginning, we quickly got into the rhythm and ended up having an absolute blast. It was a great bonding activity for all ages, and we’re already planning to book another session before our family returns to India. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun, unique, and memorable experience—especially for special occasions like birthdays!
Came down from Newcastle as part of son's 18th Birthday celebrations. We had a brilliant time. The VR experience felt so real. Had an absolute blast!! Staff were great and very friendly. They should definitely think about expanding up to Newcastle. Party city and very popular destination for hen and stag nights. You know it makes sense!! Thank you again

DNA VR operates like a live experience, similar to a cinema or theatre, and therefore, refunds for cancellations are not provided once a booking is confirmed. However, we understand that rescheduling may be necessary. If you need to reschedule, please notify us. A 10% rescheduling fee applies for bookings over £150 if rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. For bookings under £150, a flat £15 fee applies. If you contact us after your session has passed, the rescheduling fee increases to 50%. We can also issue store credit, valid for one year, equal to your payment minus any applicable rescheduling fee. We do not accept cash payments.

My husband and I had a nice experience playing here and if we have a chance we will come back again for sure. The staff are so nice and helpful. Rohey and Coll are good guides to help you pick games to play if you are new and first time like me. Many thanks❤️
Up there with one of my favourite experiences ever. We went as a group of 4 and none of us had experienced VR before. We chose the VR Escape Room which we all found a great experience and really fun. The visuals of the game were great and the plot of the game we chose was good (Chernobyl). I’d recommend making sure your headset is on tight so the visuals stay clear. I wish there were some cameras to have the footage afterwards of us in the room as we’d have likely paid for it (if not more than £10). The only improvement I could think of was to purchase one of those circular treadmills so you could walk round the game rather than use your controller to move as this would add so much to the experience. I know these cost a lot but I’d be willing to pay more for this experience. Our host, Alicia was really friendly and accommodating and let us try an arcade game after as we finished early which was kind of her. If I come to Manchester again - I will 100% be back.
We had great experience with the free roaming premium version, we had enough room to play with😆😆 we have not done the others though. Staff was friendly and informative. Staff was kind enough to record us with our phones and took some pictures for us. Would suggest they fix the camera in the venue though but I'm happy they allowed phone records. Thank you Manchester. We had great fun. The environment was lovely and equipments in great condition🥰🥰
