Breakout Manchester does not offer refunds for cancelled bookings. However, you can request to rearrange your booking by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to your game date. While they will attempt to reschedule, it is not guaranteed, and they reserve the right to cancel without a refund if a suitable alternative cannot be found. If you have COVID-19 symptoms and inform them in advance, your booking can be rearranged for free.

We did the upsidedown room, which was great fun and super challenging at times (in the best way)! Our host Kaitlin was so lovely, explained everything thoroughly and helped out when required. A wonderful experience :)
Had the best time playing unsolved! Our game master Martha was very friendly polite and approachable and made sure we had the best experience possible! This was our first time doing anything like this and we had the best time and wanted to do another one straight away!
Jamie was my games master for the Underworld. I was doing it alone. She was great. Just the right amount of hits for their hardest room. It was a great room. I completely recommend it. So much fun!! Thanks Jamie!!
