Booking & Cancellation
Bookings at Boom Battle Bar are generally non-refundable, as leisure activities do not have a statutory cooling-off period. However, rescheduling may be possible at the general manager's discretion if you contact the venue more than 24 hours before your original booking time, with the new date being within 30 days. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund. For table-only bookings, a refund is possible unless it's a special ticketed event. Please note that a £10 per person charge may apply for no-shows, late arrivals (over 15 minutes), or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for table bookings. In unforeseen serious circumstances, a voucher with a 30-day expiry may be issued at the manager's discretion.

Thank you to the team at Boom Battle Bar for a really fun experience! We had a day time work Christmas party booking, which was excellent value for money. 2 hours of games, welcome drinks and a bar tab made for a great party. Simon was super helpful too. The venue is a really cool space too! Thank you for hosting us and giving our team a super time.
We had Ella for axe throwing.. she was absolutely amazing! Made the whole experience so much better with all the chit chat. She had us laughing and sharing gossip like old friends. She really made the experience so much better and we probably bought an extra 2 rounds of drinks because we were enjoying ourselves so much! Thanks Ella!!
Myself and my husband came to Boom Battle to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary, and had the most amazing time! We booked onto the bank holiday boozy bingo, which consisted of food, unlimited drinks and bingo. The bingo was musical bingo so we had to cross of songs rather than numbers (which my husband much preferred) all 00s songs too which made it much better. The food was amazing we got chicken wings, cheese bites and katsu loaded fries and it was all amazing. For the bottomless drinks our server, Laura, was amazing. At previous brunches I’ve been left waiting with an empty drink but as we finished our drinks Laura was over taking our next order without us having to ask once! And considering we had cocktails every time they were served up extremely quick. We ended up winning both the line and the full house which meant we got £20 voucher then another £40 voucher and a sweet hamper. This made our night. We asked Laura if we could book another activity and she sorted this for us straight away, we went on to do augmented reality darts which made our night! We had an amazing wedding anniversary and honestly it was all down to Laura and the team at Boom. Thank you all so much for being so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back when we get another child free evening.
