We had the most incredible first-time experience at iFLY today. My 5 year old daughter can be quite shy and easily overwhelmed by new situations, but Richard the instructor was absolutely amazing with her - calm, patient, reassuring, and so encouraging from start to finish.
He explained everything clearly, adapted equipment to suit her needs, and made her feel safe and confident every step of the way. She listened carefully, followed all the hand signals perfectly, had excellent posture, and even attempted the high flight which was incredibly brave for her age!
Even when she felt nervous, she didn’t give up, and that’s a huge credit to Richard’s support and expertise. Seeing her enjoy herself so much brought us to tears. It was both of our first time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Booking & Cancellation
For flight bookings, rescheduling is possible with varying fees depending on the notice given: for first-time flyers, a £2.50/flight charge applies with over 48 hours notice, increasing to £5.00/flight with less than 48 hours. Late arrivals or no-shows are not refunded. Exclusive sessions and pro-flyer packages also have tiered rescheduling fees. Refunds for open-dated vouchers or faulty merchandise purchased directly are available within 14 days. However, once a flight experience is booked for a specific date and time, refunds are generally unavailable. The 'Flex' add-on offers more lenient rescheduling terms. If iFLY cancels, you can reschedule or get replacement vouchers, but no compensation for external costs. iFLY Club memberships require one month's notice for cancellation after an initial 6-month period.

Tried the indoor skydiving here today and it was a not bad experience overall. The staff were friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel safe. The flight itself was fun and something different. The only downside was the media package. The video is recorded from just one angle, and when you go higher in the tunnel it doesn’t capture you properly. The photo quality was also quite poor. Still, it’s something worth trying if you want a new experience.
I bought this skydive experience for my eldest daughter for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! My daughters instructor Ted was such a great guy, so child friendly and reassuring. I definitely recommend it to anyone
Great as always, our 8 year old Emily is part of The IFLY Club and attends once a month, all the staff are excellent and she always has a great time but her favourite instructor has to be Richard. All the enthusiasm and support she needs with the biggest smile on both of their faces! Even if Richard isn’t instructing her group he always makes an effort to say hi and always goes over and above showing her new techniques and skills during their lessons. During Richard’s (and other instructors) lessons Emily always makes great progress and is making her way through her skills. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to just have a go or join the club!
