Booking & Cancellation

Geronigo's cancellation policy is structured around the booking date. If you cancel more than 31 days prior to your booked event, you will receive a full refund minus your deposit. Cancellations made 31 days or less before the event are non-refundable. All cancellations and changes to participant numbers must be submitted in writing to admin@geronigo.com and acknowledged by Geronigo to be valid. Verbal changes are not accepted. Illness, including COVID-19 related reasons, still adheres to these standard cancellation terms. For weather-related cancellations by the venue, your booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date within three months. The Flexi-Date option allows one reschedule up to two weeks before the event at the same location, subject to availability. Without Flexi-Date, rescheduling within 14 days may be possible with instructor confirmation and incurs a GBP 40.00 fee. Any refunds issued will not exceed the amount paid to Geronigo.
