Booked for my sons 11th birthday party in November and loved every minute of it. The staff were really helpful, we had 15 kids aged between 7 and 13 and they all managed to try everything and we're helped by staff on setting up and explaining how each game worked. Would definitely recommend.

We booked for the 90 minutes Party for 4 which includes some time in the VR room as well as some time in the arcade (2 adults, 2 teens). We all had a blast. The staff were great at advising which games to play and helpful and attantive throughout. As there were less people in the arcade during the first part of our visit, they asked if we wanted to play in the arcade first, even though we'd been schedules to go intot he VR room first. Very much appreciated, as well were able to try all the games we wanted to. I also very much appareciated the helpful email with a video showing where to park, as I am sure that people who are not familiar with Stockport would have found it very helpful. We all had a great time and would definitely visit again!

X-Gen VR operates a strict no-refund policy for cancellations. However, bookings may be rescheduled at the company's discretion if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. It is essential to arrive on time for your scheduled session, as late arrivals may result in reduced play time without a refund. You can transfer your booking to another party by notifying X-Gen VR at least 24 hours in advance.

We had an amazing time here. The kids loved the variety of games and experiences. They were helped at all times by brilliant, attentive and knowledgeable staff. They really took care of everyone there and had a lovely manner with the kids. It is great value for money and we will definitely be back!
We came yesterday in the afternoon and had the place to ourselves. The host was so lovely and helped us with all the games and was very welcoming! The kids loved it and can’t wait to come back! Thanks :) Nicola
We visited on Thurs 29th May. There was a half term discount deal available for our visit. Both our grandchildren really enjoyed all the games and both members of staff were really helpful and kind to the children. We have been several times before and will return. The staff are excellent.
