X-Gen VR operates on a live booking system and does not offer refunds for cancellations or missed bookings. Rescheduling may be possible at their discretion with at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided for time lost due to late arrival. Bookings can be transferred to another party with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

X-genvr were the absolute perfect hosts for my 9 year old son’s birthday party. We hired out the entire space for 75 minutes and my son and his friends had the most incredible immersive experience playing the games. The staff were friendly and really helpful with explaining the games and made sure everyone got a good go on everything. They even let me have a go at facing my fear of heights on the skyscraper walk the plank game. Thanks for being such a great team to deal with.
My daughter and I had a brilliant shower there on Saturday it was pretty quiet and so we got free choice of all of the arcade VR games which were excellent. The staff were really helpful and gave good instructions and encouraged you to try lots of different things. Really easy to get to and find and the car parking instructions were especially excellent! 😛
What a Brilliant Place. Just been this weekend for our son's 8th birthday party. Super clean, lots of different games and equipment to play on. Everyone loved it. (Even the parents who were allowed a turn thought it was great). The staff were lovely and plenty of them so no one was waiting to come off equipment and the turnaround was quick.
