Had a great time at Immersive Gamebox last weekend. It was super easy to get to, and the staff greeted us warmly right from the start. We had a small issue with our booking (mistake we made on our side) but they went above and beyond to sort it out and made us feel well looked after.
The game itself was amazing( we played the Squid Game) interactive, fun, and even better than we expected! Its actually a team game, you don't compete against each other.
Definitely worth both the time and the price. Highly recommend and would 100% come back again. Thank you again to the staff, their customer care did add the cherry on the top.

This was a fantastic experience! We played the Batman and the Floor is Lava, we came 11/105 for the floor is lava and 1/39 for the Batman game. This was out of all recent players. Uso was fantastic and really friendly showing us around and how to play. Will definitely be back!

Booking & Cancellation
Standard tickets are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance through your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior, or for tickets purchased within that period, are non-refundable. For kids' birthday and school packages, a full refund is available for cancellations up to 72 hours in advance via customer support, with rescheduling possible up to 48 hours prior. Large group bookings (exceeding 12 people) and full venue hires require a non-refundable 20% deposit, but the remaining 80% is refundable if canceled two weeks in advance. Rescheduling for large groups is permitted up to one week prior. Holiday party bookings between November 10th and December 15th are non-refundable but can be rescheduled or converted to a voucher.

Lots of fun. Kaitlyn was very welcoming and informative. Great idea for groups of friends or an excellent date idea which is what i used it for and can honestly say we both were knackered after but came out with big smiles. Would 100% recommend.
We came here for a date night to play squid games it was tons of fun. The first time we arrived we was very late but they said we could either be refunded or choose another date, so we did it the week after which we ran late again so they just let us have the next slot. They are very accommodating. We will be going back to try the other games. Up to 6 people can play this game & you will be able to make a gif at the end which can be emailed to you. They offer a free locker for you to put ur bags in and stuff, aswell as a food and drink service.
We came here for our works Christmas activity and had a great time! We chose the Black Mirror and squid games and for 2 hours we were laughing and working together to solve puzzles and win games while drinking! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall fantastic experience
