Booking & Cancellation
For cancellations, a 50% deposit is non-refundable, covering administrative costs. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled activity, the full fee becomes non-refundable. Please ensure you adhere to these terms when booking your session.

Had a great trip to One adventure on 19.10.25. Did the 3 activity bundle with a friend. It was so much fun. Emery who was our staff member, made each activity fun and safe. I highly recommend this for a group activity. Worth every penny
We’ve been here a few times, only with groups who’d hired the place for events and we’ve also hired it for our own kids birthdays. The staff are friendly and there’s an excellent range of activities to try. Whether you like a caving experience, axe throwing, archery, mini golf, shooting range, laser tag - there’s loads to do. Parents can leave kids here and have a drink at the cafes in the shopping centre, or wait in the seating area. There’s plenty of parking, either in the mill car park, or across in the shopping centre car park. The staff are great at helping to facilitate the food time for parties - can’t remember them providing any food though. They do hot drinks too, but don’t be surprised if you end up making them yourself though! Overall, would recommend to anyone looking to host a kids party or adults activity event.
