Greg travelled to the Eden valley for our hen party. We did two groups in the van and then a group activity all together. We hired Escape The Van for our outdoor July Wedding this year ... and can honestly say it was the best decision we ever made!! The van (and extra garden games bundle) was a huge hit with all the guests, Greg kindly stayed later as well to squeeze in some extra groups given it was so popular.
The set up inside was genuinely impressive, there was room for the group to stand comfortably and the difficulty was just right (even for the escape room newbies). Greg himself was fantastic start to finish, very professional and communication leading up to the day was great. He even sent us some group photos and camera footage after which was a nice touch.
Really can't fault anything about Escape The Van and would highly recommend booking if you are looking for something fun and different for your wedding/event!

Booking & Cancellation
Escape The Van's cancellation policy offers a full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking, with free rescheduling. For cancellations within 14 days, a 50% refund is issued, and rescheduling incurs a £20 fee. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies for bookings made less than 14 days in advance to correct errors. Exceptions for full refunds or free rescheduling include death, illness, acts of God, or booking errors. Travel disruptions or team member dropouts are not eligible for refunds. To cancel or reschedule, email contact@escapethevan.co.uk with your booking reference and reason.

We hired escape the van for our evening reception at our wedding due to my partner and myself being massive fans of escape roooms and often doing these as date nights. The whole experience was amazing, all our guest absolutely loved it, it was extremely polpular and booked up instantly! We had guests who have never done escape rooms before and after participating at our wedding are now booking escape rooms. Greg was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, answering our queries, customising the experience so we could get the most out of the time we had booked for the amount of guests we had attending, organising around main events happening in the evening like the first dance. As well as the van we also booked the outdoor games package which everyone also enjoyed, especially the children. Greg was approachable, friendly, organised and responsive. I would recommend this to anyone who loves escape rooms and hosting an event, it gave an extra personalised touch to the day
I had Escape the Van as part of my hen weekend at Hen Camp in July this year. This is such a great idea and definitely something different. As a lover of escape rooms, it was fab that the Escape room could be brought to us. We all had a great time and I would definitely recommend.
