Cannot thank this place enough after booking today a game for my brother and my mum unfortunately getting lost and turning up at the complete wrong place upon giving them a call they were able to get my brother in at a later time so he didn’t miss out on his experience. For individual bookings, cancellations are generally non-refundable, similar to a live show ticket, though rescheduling or game credit may be offered in extenuating circumstances. Private hire bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date and time, with the final balance due one week prior to the event. You can cancel private bookings without charge up to 14 days before the event. However, cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full fee. Please note that last-minute cancellations are not accepted. For any booking issues, it's best to contact meetspaceVR directly, as all cancellations are ultimately at their discretion.

Great pre and post experience, on-site staff are lovely and back office team equally helpful! My nephew and I enjoyed the experience, we had a little issue with the booking but promptly resolved by admin team. Hence the 5start rating We cannot wait to go back
My brother and I both thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to MeetspaceVR Manchester! Going into the experience as first-time visitors, we weren’t exactly sure what to expect from MeetspaceVR, however in retrospect I can confidently say that all expectations were well and truly exceeded! We played three of the ‘Zero Latency VR’ games: ‘Far Cry VR’, ‘Outbreak’, and ‘Sol Raiders’. All three games were brilliant; they were fast-paced yet intuitive, challenging yet fun, and above all, they were incredibly immersive! The freedom of actually being able to walk around really does add a whole new level of immersion to the VR experience! In addition to the brilliant gaming experience, I also found the MeetspaceVR staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The member of staff on duty for our visit (on 16th Jan) really did go above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. (I believe it was James, if I recall correctly?) – He gave us plenty of handy tips/recommendations, he allowed us lots of flexibility with our selection of games and with the start-times of our sessions, and lastly, he was also a massive help when we unfortunately happened to run into a bit of a problem with one of the headsets as he went the extra mile to resolve this issue - (many thanks for all of your help James, it was greatly appreciated!) Our first visit to MeetspaceVR Manchester was a lot of fun and we certainly look forward to returning in order to try out some of the ‘VR Escape Rooms’ sometime soon!
This is a great experience, I couldn’t have imagined how much fun I would have! It’s a great workout too, will leave you sweaty and wanting more! Staff were friendly and make the experience even more enjoyable. Space Marines VR was the right choice. Definitely recommend and will come back again!
