You can book online through our website. While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability for your desired experience.

What is included in the July Summer Special?

The July Summer Special costs $150 and includes up to two participants in the smash room for 45 minutes. It comes with 26 small items, 16 medium items, tech upgrades like a computer screen, printer, keyboard, an extra bin of glass, and custom Wreck Room lanyards. You can add axe throwing or car smashing for an additional $75.

What are the age restrictions for activities?

Most activities are suitable for ages 16 and up. The Gun Range specifically has a 16+ age restriction. Minors may participate, and there's a question during booking to confirm if minors will be present.

What should I bring or wear for my session?

We provide basic safety gear. Long sleeves are recommended but not required for ages 16+. You may bring your own work gloves if you have them. For Punch It Out, bring good shoes for kicking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable within 10 days of your session. However, you may postpone your session without penalty unless it's within 48 hours, in which case a $25 admin fee applies. Sessions cancelled on the day of your booking will forfeit their deposit.

What happens if I arrive late for my session?

If you arrive late, you may lose your session or deposit depending on how late you are and how busy the day is. This is not the venue's responsibility regardless of the reason for your delay.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available for purchase. You can buy a $50 gift card or specific combo packages like the $150 Car Smash Combo or $150 Smash Throw Combo.

What are your operating hours?

We are open Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM and Saturday from 12 PM to 8 PM, by appointment only. Sunday through Thursday are reserved for private parties, also by appointment.

You'll get to smash and demolish a variety of items like glassware and metal drums. You can also purchase additional electronics like TVs to smash. We even have a Bluetooth speaker so you can enjoy your own music while you unleash your stress. Don't worry about the cleanup, we'll handle that for you!

We offer several packages, including 'Simple Smash' for 1-2 people starting at $75, 'Beast Mode' for 1-4 people starting at $100, and 'Ultimate Rage' for 1-5 people starting at $125. We also offer private parties for groups of 6 or more at $25 per person, which include 10 breakable items per person.

Where are you located and is there parking?

We are located at 1204 Niagara St, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, just 1 mile from the Rainbow Bridge and Downtown Niagara Falls. There's plenty of free parking available on both sides of the street in front of our building.

Yes, all rage room bookings should be made online. Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot.

Is safety gear provided?

Yes, we provide all necessary safety gear, including safety shields, goggles, and gloves. You are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Please wear thick, full-coverage clothing such as jeans, sweatshirts, or hoodies. No visible skin is allowed for safety and insurance purposes. Avoid t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, or dresses.

What kind of footwear is required?

Full-coverage, closed-toed shoes like running shoes or boots are required. For your safety, no Crocs, Ugg slippers, stilettos, or flip-flops are permitted.

How long do rage sessions last?

Sessions typically range from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the package you choose.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Absolutely! We offer a 'Bring Your Own Smashable' (BYOS) option. Please note there is a $5-$10 recycling fee for any electronics you bring.

What types of items can I bring for BYOS?

You can bring items like plates, cups, glasses, beer bottles, wine bottles, jars, picture frames, ceramics, ornaments, and old candle jars. Anything that fits into a 5-gallon bucket or small rubbermaid tote is generally acceptable.
