What is the age requirement for players?

Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult in the room. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the online waiver prior to arriving or completed upon arrival.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

All reservations and sales are final. No refunds are given for late, missed, or canceled reservations. Should your group need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, 48-hour notice must be provided to receive a store credit, and a $25 fee per room will apply for any canceled or rescheduled games.

When should I arrive for my game?

You and your group MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled in-person game time. If you arrive late, you will not have the full game time to play, as the game end time does not change. No refunds are given for late, missed, or canceled games.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

While most of our locations are handicap accessible, not all of the props or the entirety of our rooms are. Our Schaumburg, IL site at 1015 E State Pkwy is not handicap accessible. Please call us for details regarding specific game room accommodations.

Will I be playing with other groups?

Your game experience will be private, which means your group is the only one in the room. The Game Master will not be in the room with you during the game, however he or she will be monitoring your experience on surveillance and will be able to help you with clues throughout the game, should you need it.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards by clicking the ???Gift Card??? button on a specific location page and selecting the dollar amount and quantity. Gift cards do not expire and the unused balance can be used at a later date. No refunds can be given for gift cards.
