I’m knocking off 3 stars because the extra $150 party package doesn’t live up to the cost. There isn’t any decoration. Just a “Happy Birthday” glow sign that they probably can switch on/off, 2 cheese pizzas from Antico, and no water for the adults. The semi-private area is small and the “goodie bag” with trinkets was probably worth less than a dollar. I recommend going to chik-fil-a afterwards. The company charges a $30 VAT/service/tax back to the customer if you purchase online because they’re based outside the U.S. There may or may not be a fee if you book in person. The front desk was not familiar about these charges.
I recommend seeing the location first before booking anything online for your special events. All communication is thru emails and no direct calls. Other than that…yes the kids had fun.

Came here for my nephews birthday party and I would say this was fun! You get to immerse yourself in any game of your choosing! The kids had a great time! Adults too!! Chad was our host and he did great explaining the process!! If you’re looking for a fun time with the family! This is a great place to do it! Would go again!
Hosted a birthday party on Saturday. Despite being busy, Chad and PO were courteous and absolutely accommodating to ensure we're taken care of and the kids had fun. Highly recommended venue for parties or just spontaneous hangout with friends and family!
What a fun time! We had so much fun. Did this with a group of adult friends from the neighborhood but plan to bring the kids soon cause everyone had so much fun! Chad rocks if you’re here for a date, don’t bring your tens around Chad. He’s Mr. steal your girl
