Escape the Netherworld maintains a strict no-refund policy for all cancellations and no-shows. Once a booking is made, payment is non-refundable. However, guests are permitted to reschedule their game time, provided they give at least 24 hours' notice prior to their original scheduled game. To reschedule, please contact Escape the Netherworld directly via phone at 404-999-ESCAPE (3722) or email at EscapeTheNetherworld@gmail.com. Failure to provide the required notice for rescheduling, or simply not showing up for your game, will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

We came in tonight to play Alien Terror and had so much fun. We were so impressed by the set and special effects, but what truly made this experience special was our stellar game master. Mark was so personable and patient with all of our questions during and after the game. He is a fantastic host and truly made the experience a 5 star one.
Some of THE BEST escape rooms I've ever done. And I've done quite a few. I was so impressed with the friendliness of staff and the level of detail in the rooms. I ended up doing a few rooms and they were challenging, but appropriately leveled and the game masters were so flexible with what we wanted from them for clues. I never felt like they gave anything away and their clues were always themed/in character. Overall the experience was awesome and if you're looking for rooms to do in the area, make it happen!
My groups experience here is going to be hard to fit in one review. I’ll start with saying that the staff here is AMAZING. Every single one of them love their job and you can tell that they are treated well. We have done about 100 rooms on the East coast and NetherWorld is definitely in the top 5. The rooms are insane! We ended up doing all four in the same day. We are now the 1st place team getting out of Tiki! We loved them all but Tiki & Haunted were by far our favorites. The props and puzzles here go unmatched. There is also a museum that you can do which is very impressive itself. We will definitely be making a trip back to Atlanta to do any new rooms or experiences that NetherWorld comes up with.
