What is a rage room experience?

A rage room is a controlled environment where you can safely break items for entertainment or stress relief.

What kind of items can I smash?

Our packages include common household items like glassware, dishes, and electronics. Specialty items like car windshields and office copy machines are also available, and you can even smash a used car!

Is the experience safe?

Safety is our top priority. We provide all necessary safety gear, including goggles, face shields, gloves, and jumpsuits. Participants must also watch a brief safety video.

Are there age restrictions for rage rooms?

You must be 18+ to participate. Youths/minors aged 8 and above can participate with parental or legal guardian consent.

Do I need to sign a waiver, and can I do it online?

Each adult and minor (with guardian signature) must sign a release. The waiver is available on the location page, via a link in your booking confirmation email, or at our kiosks upon check-in.

When should I arrive for my session?

Please have all members of your party arrive promptly at your scheduled booking time. We buffer 10 minutes for check-in, waiver signing, safety video, and gearing up.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Yes, with our B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Box) package. Items must be approved upon arrival; pressurized cans, light bulbs, heating/cooling mechanisms, poisonous/toxic items, and CRT monitors/TVs are prohibited.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. If you can't provide 24-hour notice, you may reschedule or put your reservation on hold. Larger group events may have different policies.

How do I book a session?

Pre-bookings are required, and you can book online by clicking the 'Book Now' button or by calling us directly. Morning bookings from Wednesday to Friday are online only, with no walk-ins.

What are the pricing options for the rooms?

A one-way ticket for either the Splash Room or Smash Room is $45 per person. You can enjoy both platforms with a round-trip ticket for $75. There are also special rates like $60 for two people in the Splash Room and $20 per person for the Smash Room.

What should I expect during a Smash Room session?

In the Smash Room, you'll get approximately 25 household items and one standard item (like a toaster or printer) to smash to the beat of music. We provide a chest guard, cut-proof gloves, and a face shield for your safety. You can also bring up to 10 of your own glass items.

What is included in a Splash Room session?

The Splash Room is a black-lighted, LED room where you can create unique art. It includes a 12x12 canvas, painter's tape, paint brushes, five bottles of paint, a poncho, protective eyewear, shoe covers, and a hair net.

Do you offer party packages or options for group events?

Yes, we have a party package for $450 for three hours, which includes up to 10 participants in either the Smash or Splash Room, a party host, setup and cleanup, light decorations, a Bluetooth speaker, tables and chairs, three pizzas, and three pitchers of beverages. We also host birthday parties, ladies' nights, team building events, and corporate events.

What are your operating hours?

We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, we are open from 4 PM to 8 PM. On Saturdays, we are open from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, and on Sundays, from 12 PM to 6:30 PM.

What safety equipment is provided?

All participants receive a pre-sanitized safety helmet with a full face shield, a full-length coverall, a chest protector, and safety gloves.

What should I wear for my session?

You must wear closed-toe, flat shoes. If your arms and legs are not fully covered, you'll need to wear one of their full-length coveralls. Lightweight, breathable clothing and rugged, thick-soled shoes are recommended.

What kind of items will I be smashing?

Each session includes furniture pieces and over 20 breakables per person, increasing with session duration. You can smash almost anything inside the SmashBox, and there are add-ons like small appliances, electronics, and glass tabletops.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

Children aged 10 and older are allowed to smash with signed parental consent and supervision. Children under 18 cannot be left unattended, and those under 10 are not permitted in the SmashBox.

What is your policy on rescheduling or cancellations?

All sales are final. However, you can reschedule your reservation once for no additional charge if done within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Can I complete the waiver before my appointment?

Yes, the electronic waiver is linked in your confirmation email and can be forwarded to other guests in your party to complete beforehand.

What should I wear for my session?

We require long pants/jeans, a long-sleeve shirt or sweater, and closed-toed shoes (no sandals). We provide safety gear including protective eyewear, face shield, helmet, and gloves.

Can pregnant individuals participate?

Due to the strenuous nature of smashing items, pregnant women are not permitted to participate.

What tools are available for smashing?

We offer a variety of tools like baseball bats, golf clubs, cricket bats, sledgehammers, and pipes, with new options constantly being added.

Are there age restrictions for participants under 18?

Yes, participants under 18 are welcome but must have a legal parent or guardian present to sign a waiver.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own items to smash, and we'll handle the cleanup for you.
