Where is Unchartered Adventures located?

We have two locations: Kyle, Texas (20 minutes south of Austin) and San Antonio, Texas. Our Kyle address is 395 County Road 202, Building 17B, in the back of the County Line Business Park Warehouse Complex.

Do I need to share my smash room with other people?

No, all rage room sessions are private unless you choose to have others join you in the room.

What are the age restrictions for activities?

Rage activities are for ages 10+, axe throwing for 12+, Gellyball and Demolition Detour Escape Room for 5+, Mob Associate Escape Room for 10+, and splatter paint is suitable for all ages. Minors must be supervised by an adult who is willing to sign a waiver.

What should I wear for the activities?

Please wear comfortable, regular attire. You will be provided with coveralls to wear over your clothing. For safety, open-toed shoes or sandals are not permitted.

Can I consume alcoholic beverages during my visit?

You can drink during axe throwing and splatter paint activities. However, drinking is not allowed during rage room or smashing sessions, but you are welcome to enjoy beverages at our bar lounge after your session is complete. We have a beer and wine permit.

Is it necessary to make a reservation, or can I walk in?

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation to ensure availability for your desired activity and time slot.

Can I take photos or videos during my experience?

Yes, we encourage you to capture your adventure! Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like and share them on social media.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days in advance. For cancellations within 7 days, you are allowed one free re-booking, or you can convert your booking deposit to a gift card. Additional rescheduling after the first re-booking will incur fees.

What kind of items can we break?

You can break glass items like beer bottles, liquor bottles, plates, and glasses. We also have items that pop when you hit them!

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

While we try to accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend booking in advance through our website, as we can get very busy.

What is a booster package?

A booster is an add-on to your package, such as a TV or small appliance, that you can choose to include in your rage room experience.

Are there any age restrictions?

Age requirements vary by room and are detailed on our booking page. All participants must fit our safety equipment, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign a liability waiver in-house.

What is the maximum group size allowed?

Group sizes depend on the specific room you book. You can find the allowed capacity for each room on our booking page. For larger parties, we can divide your group across multiple rooms.

How far in advance should I book my event?

Since we operate primarily through online bookings, it's best to plan ahead, especially if you have a specific date and time in mind. Our rage room often sells out 1-2 weeks in advance.

How can I book a session?

You can book online through our website. Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your spot.

What is your policy on cancellations and rescheduling?

All bookings are non-refundable. You can reschedule your session by calling us at least 24 hours in advance, and the new session must be within two weeks of the original date. A $50 fee applies for rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of your session. Additional reschedules are at our discretion.

What safety measures are in place?

Safety is our top priority. All participants must sign a waiver and wear provided protective gear in the active rage room area. Our staff reserves the right to end a session early if there are any safety concerns.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Yes, you can bring your own items to smash, but they must be checked in with our staff on-site before your session.

What happens if someone is intoxicated?

If we suspect you are under the influence of anything, you will be removed from the premises, and no refunds will be issued.

Are there options for different group sizes?

Our rage sessions are tailored for any group size, from individuals seeking stress relief to larger groups looking for an ultimate smashing experience.
