To avoid fees, please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 40% cancellation fee. No-shows or being more than 15 minutes late will result in no refund.

For your safety, pregnant individuals, those under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or certain medications, and anyone with injuries are not permitted in the smash room. A government-issued ID is also required.

We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesdays, we're open from 2 PM to 7 PM. Thursdays, we're open from 2 PM to 10 PM. Fridays and Saturdays, we're open from 12 PM to 10 PM, and on Sundays, from 12 PM to 7 PM.

Our rage room sessions typically average around $45 per person, but we offer dynamic package pricing. Packages start at $39 for a 10-minute session and increase from there, ideal for groups or those needing more time.

Can I observe a rage room session without participating?

For safety and insurance reasons, non-participating guests are generally not allowed in the rage room, with the exception of a parent or legal guardian accompanying a minor. We do provide a comfortable lounge area where you can watch and cheer on participants.

Our facility, built in 1949, has a ramp installed in the 1970s, but our bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. We do not recommend the rage room for individuals in wheelchairs, though they are welcome to enjoy our other activities.

You can easily reschedule your appointment if you contact us more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a $35 fee, especially if the same appointment has been rescheduled multiple times.
