You should plan for about 90 minutes for your entire experience. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. The game itself lasts 60 minutes, and afterwards, your Game Host will debrief your team and take a complimentary group photo.

What happens if I arrive late for my booking?

Our games begin precisely at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you can still play for the remaining time in your 60-minute session. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to check in and prepare. Unfortunately, we cannot offer discounts or refunds for late arrivals.

You are welcome to use your cell phone in our lobby during check-in. Before the game starts, we will show you a secure place to store your phones. Children under 8 are not permitted. Those aged 8-14 must be in a privately booked room with their group, and at least one player must be over 18. Players aged 15-17 need an adult (over 18) present at check-in to sign a waiver, but can play without an adult in the room.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

All sales are final, and no refunds are issued for cancellations or no-shows. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before its start time without a fee. A 15% rescheduling fee applies for changes made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not possible within 12 hours of the game. Reschedule vouchers are valid for 3 months.
