The room itself was fun. The pricing was not. We were asked if we wanted a public or private room, when we said public they then said only private rooms were available. The normal price is $37.95, but they charged us $44.95 bc of the "private room". We did the cartel crackdown room and had fun doing it, we just couldn't justify $50(after taxes) for 45-60 minutes for 1 single game.
It was amazing!! The hints (which we needed a lot) were enough to give us somewhere to look without giving it away and responses were fast when asking for a hint. The staff is also very sweet and kind. I will definitely book again.

PanIQ Escape Room Austin has a strict no-refund policy for cancellations and no-shows, as all sales are final. However, you can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your game's start time without a fee. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your game, a 15% rescheduling fee will be applied. Rescheduling is not permitted if the game is scheduled to start within 12 hours. Reschedule vouchers are valid for three months. To cancel or reschedule, reply to your original confirmation email.

It was fun! And liked the tablet with the hints was nice, hard was not very hard. It was nice to have the weekday code! And was offered a discount to book another room right after, but it ends up being more then if week booked online with (even same day) and before discounts because they only allow you to do private room up charge, so a little bummer to want to stay and play another room!
My kiddos and I had a great time in the Wizard Trials room at PanIQ Escape Rooms! The mom was well kept and the puzzles were challenging enough without making you want to give up. I liked being able to provide my kiddos with the opportunity to use their brain over the summer in a super fun way. They're already begging to go back!
We had an absolute blast at this escape room! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was immersive and exciting. The puzzles were clever, well-designed, and just the right level of challenging – we were constantly engaged and loved how every clue led naturally to the next. We have done the Pirate and Wizard themes and both were executed perfectly with impressive attention to detail that really brought the story to life. We already have our eye on other rooms to do in the future! A special shoutout to our game host Heather – she was phenomenal! She set the tone right from the beginning and gave just the right amount of guidance to keep us on track without giving too much away. She was the best!
