Fascinating facility and warm, friendly reception. Adored the Atlantis room! Had issues with one of its laser features in need of repair. Beautiful concept with just the right level of trickiness. While we were not exactly super sleuths, it would have been more appropriate to allow us our complete hour vs. "handicapping" us and shortening our time by 10 minutes. Let the guests determine when they want hints, not the game master. The Circus of Horrors room was a low point. Too many technical issues with the puppet operational controls. And again too much help being volunteered when not requested by us. Let the guests ask. We were not pleased with having our time in this room also cut by 10 minutes.
Amazing escape room. High quality puzzles and room design. And very unique themes. Guides are friendly and invested in your success and enjoyment! Highly recommended!
Our group did the Horror Circus & Temple of the Skull and both were fantastic and decently challenging. The theming really had you immersed. Also, shout out to Lauren for being the most exciting host we’ve ever had at an escape. Hope to get you again when we return to do the other rooms!
