We had a fun evening at the escape game! Unfortunately we are from out of town so we were unaware the location was inside the Battery and our time was right during a baseball game. Parking was an absolute nightmare and since they have no parking for this game we ended up spending $40 on a satellite lot just to get here on time. When we arrived we were told that we had another group in our room. Between parking and making reservations online ahead of time we were pretty disappointed that nobody informed us it wouldn’t be our private party. We ended up waiting an hour for a room to open up since we were celebrating and just wanted to be with our group. Our game master Aiden was excellent. His attentiveness and the obvious enjoyment he had for his job greatly improved our moods after a weirdly rocky beginning. We ended up escaping with only 30 seconds left and two hints lol! Overall I am excited to try another Escape Game room in the future but unfortunately I don’t see myself coming back to this location again. Thanks again to Aiden for such a fun experience!!! EDIT: The manager Mickey reached out to my sister who made the reservation to offer a refund for the parking and 40% off the next game! Customer service here is so great so I am changing my review as they have taken care of all the issues we had with the evening. Thanks again Mickey and the team at the Escape Game!
We have done three rooms at this location. We drive over two hours to escape these rooms. This last time was my kiddos bday and Skylar made my baby girl a card and had every one sign it. Austin was so helpful and very polite. Manager Micky has been extremely helpful with all the rooms every time we have been there. Thank you again for all the great times.
Christian and Adonia were amazing!!!! We did gold rush is what we played, highly recommend you play it for yourself! The staff also really made our experience that much better!!!!
