Absolutely spectacular experience at The Escape Game! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our host, Carter, was phenomenal—professional, friendly, and incredibly intuitive. He struck the perfect balance of letting us puzzle through the challenges on our own while giving just the right nudges at critical moments to keep the momentum going. As the clock ticked down, Carter’s support was clutch—helping us stay focused and energized to just make our escape! The game itself was brilliantly designed—clever puzzles, immersive storyline, and a thrilling pace. The location was clean, well-organized, and easy to find, adding to the overall positive experience. We had so much fun and left buzzing with excitement. Can’t wait to come back and try the next room. Highly recommend!
My family and I had so much fun with the escape room! We did the Cosmic one and enjoyed every second of it! We got unlimited hints if we wanted, the room was nicely designed, and our game master Jordan was amazing and so sweet! 10/10 recommendation! Key was also a huge help with getting our room booked! We were running late due to traffic but she quickly rescheduled us to another game time. I appreciated this staff so much! Whenever we come back to visit, we WILL be going here!

Lovely location with super friendly and helpful staff! The Heist and Timeliner are fun rooms, and are great date nights if you’re up for a challenge :)
absolutely AMAZING staff. i have done 5 escape rooms in my life, this was my first time going to this location and i wish i could write a paper on how great each staff member was. i went may 14, 2025 at 2:30, i can’t remember each staff member name but whoever was working that day .. AMAZING ! super helpful, cheery attitude, and extremely friendly. Customer service is everything, and sets the tone for your experience and this staff is well trained and educated in that from the moment we walked in.. to the moment we left! We did prison break and i love how it was still difficult, but easier to figure out with the help of some clues given by the staff! Even offered to take pictures for us, and gave us a cute sticker :) I want to come back immediately just based off of how great me and my boyfriend were treated, will be back this weekend.
We did the Prison Break escape room and it was AWESOME!!! Chanel and Maya were so awesome and helpful with our group of 10!!! They made our twin boys 14th birthday very special!!! We will definitely come here again!!! We escaped with 6 minutes to spare!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
