What are your operating hours?

For reservations, we are open Monday-Friday 12pm-10pm, Saturday 12pm-11pm, and Sunday 12pm-8pm. For same-day and walk-ins, hours are Monday-Tuesday 5pm-10pm, Wednesday-Friday 3pm-10pm, Saturday 12pm-11pm, and Sunday 12pm-8pm.

Do you offer food and beverages?

Yes, we have a fully licensed bar with cocktails, spirits, beers, and wine, along with a curated menu of social bites. You can also bring your own cake for events with no plating fees.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own cake for events, and we will even serve it for you without any plating fees.

Do you offer axe throwing leagues?

Yes, we have weekly axe throwing leagues with 7-week seasons running all year round. League nights are Sundays from 5 PM - 8 PM and Monday to Wednesday from 7 PM - 10 PM.

How long do the experiences last?

Experience durations vary by package: Play 1 is 1 hour, Play 2 is 90 minutes, and Play 3 and VIP experiences are 2 hours.

How many people can participate in an event?

Participant numbers vary by package: Play 1 accommodates 2-6 people, while Play 2 and Play 3 are for 2+ participants. The VIP package is designed for 4+ participants.

How do I book an experience?

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your experience. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive credits for future bookings. For corporate or large group bookings, a full refund requires 7 days' notice. To cancel, use our contact form, select 'Cancellation,' and provide your booking details.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reservation. This allows ample time for check-in and for you to enjoy a beverage in our lounge before your experience begins.

Are the experiences private or shared with other groups?

All our experiences are private. Whether you choose an escape room, axe throwing, or darts, it will only be your group participating in that specific experience.

There are no age limits for escape rooms, but participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For axe throwing, participants must be at least 14 years old, and those 13-15 need an adult (18+) chaperone.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

All bookings and deposits are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your event, your payment will be refunded or transferred. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows will be charged the full amount to the card on file. Customers are also responsible for the full cost of the original booking if fewer participants show up than reserved.
