Can someone join me in the room?

Yes! One other person is allowed to be in the rage room with you during your session.

Can I bring my own items to break?

Absolutely. You can bring smashable items—framed pictures of exes are a popular choice!

Are there item restrictions?

Yes. No light bulbs, liquids, aerosol or paint cans, gas cans, or anything toxic, hazardous, or oversized.

How long is a rage session?

Each session lasts up to 30 minutes. Custom, longer packages are available—contact us for details.

Do I need a reservation at Break Bar?

No reservation needed—walk-ins welcome! We only book groups of 10 or more.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes! Snap pics or film your smashing fun anytime and tag us on social media.

What happens in the Rage Cage?

After signing a waiver and gearing up, you’ll enter your reserved rage room filled with items to smash and your choice of weapons. Music and phone mounts are provided for a fun, memorable experience.

Guests must be 18+. Ages 13+ may join with a parent/guardian. Pregnant individuals or those under the influence cannot participate.

Bring closed-toe shoes and a valid ID. All protective gear is provided.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your session at no extra charge.

Bring a hard copy of a valid photo ID. One ID must match the name on the appointment.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes, participants must be 18+. Those under 18 require a parent/guardian and a signed waiver.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

Yes! As long as they’re safe and not liquid/hazardous. Large items may incur a recycling fee.
