The Rage Cage
Unleash your stress and have a blast at The Rage Cage, a unique destruction services provider in Brooklyn. This rage room offers a fun and safe environment to smash objects, perfect for de-stressing, celebrating, or even a memorable first date. With safety gear provided and a variety of items to break, it's an interactive experience for individuals and groups looking for an adrenaline rush and a truly unique outing.
The staff are very friendly here. If you go with a large group you should be careful about each other’s space in the cage. We liked breaking the plates especially. The electronics were actually a little less exciting to break because they are actually quite durable, dont make a lot of sound when hit, and need to be constantly placed on the platform for everyone to hit. I recommend paying for extra plates if you like throwing things. I recommend paying wearing shoes that you are okay scratching because now shoes can get scratched. You can play your own music in the rage cage so have a playlist ready.
Went with a large group for my birthday and had a blast! The check in process was easy and the staff were extremely friendly. Can’t wait to go back and I recommend anyone give it a try!

I love rage centers. I’ve been to one in Virginia twice and I decided to see if NYC had any and to my surprise I found one right in Brooklyn. I got the Trouble Makers package which was $69.99 (Up to 2 People) for 20 minutes. Which included: Rage Room session for up to 2 people Comes with: - One Premium Electronic (Monitors, Printers, VCRs, etc) - One Smaller Electronic (Office Phones, Keyboards, Speakers, etc) - TEN Plates Along with all the safety equipment required and a variety of weapons to unleash your RAGE! You will be able to purchase add-on items at any time during your session. The staff was very nice welcoming and friendly. They explained everything. I enjoyed my time at this place. I feel like the time went by fast by so was definitely worth it and helped me release some stress & tension. Sometimes you just wanna scream and shout but you can’t so why not break things. 10/10 highly recommended. Can’t wait to do this again.
This place was cool. We went as a group of four and quickly noticed there weren't enough items in the room for breaking. That's something to be considered with larger groups. Other than that, it was fun to break things, however I won't be returning to that facility.
I loved this place! I gave it 2 less star mostly because of the pricing which was a bit high given the experience and what I was allowed to break within the parameters. Also the place where it’s located is kind of sketchy which is basically in the middle of a no name or any special kind of Brooklyn block so it was a bit hard to travel to and easy to miss. I do love the anonymity to it all and the fact that it’s pretty private and exclusive to paying customers. To describe the experience you first go in. I would suggest buying a reservation online and attending with a friend or 2 to save time and have more fun. But regardless you sign on the tablet in the front. They give you a locker with a code lock or key lock I forgot to keep your stuff inside and you change into thin white jumpsuits which zip up from the back. Afterwards you head inside to a room exclusive to you or your friend and they give you a couple of options to break stuff with. Either a metal bat, sledge hammer, crowbar etc. The entire room is timed with a seperate tablet with a timer and you get a set variety of things to break. In my experience I got to break a computer, laptop, couple of phones and vases and a printer. All this stuff is non usable and already broken so don’t worry about breaking anything that can still be used. It feels great to let loose a bit and just really give in to your darkest desires to just pummel and destroy everything in sight! Again pricing and location would’ve made it a 5 star but you work with what you get. This place is worth the experience believe me.
