Nicole was awesome. Thorough and informative. Polite and friendly. The space however seemed too open and bright. Other escape rooms we’ve tried were much more intimate and immersive. The challenge was tough, good job!
It was a interesting experience. Inside the sugarloaf mills mall,it was the family first time doing this. We had fun finding out clues to open locks to get out in time. It is a great opportunity to spend some quality time together whether its with family or friends. Just hopefully don't get into an arguement and hurt their feelings. Other than that, staff was friendly and very helpful if get stuck will provide hints for you. Also, manager explain very well in how to play and escape.

All In Adventures generally has a no-refund, no-cancellation policy. However, guests can purchase Booking Cancellation Protection at checkout for an additional fee, which allows for a full refund (minus the protection fee and any processing fees) if a cancellation is necessary. Reservations can typically be rebooked online via your confirmation email if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. For changes within 48 hours of the reservation, the venue will attempt to reschedule.

We had an amazing time at the escape room! I did it with my family, and it was such a fun and engaging experience for all of us. The room was well-designed with just the right level of challenge—puzzles that made us think, but never felt impossible. We had to really work together, and it brought out the best in everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us just enough guidance when we needed it. It was a great bonding experience and a memory we’ll talk about for a long time. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for something different and exciting to do together!
We had the very best time! Kamari and her manager were so helpful and we were able to get out with a few clues! The staff are friendly and kind and we loved all the puzzles to break out of our room! My 9-year old had a great time and could do it very well! So fun!
After completing over 30 escape rooms with our kids, my wife and I decided to try one on our own while visiting the mall—and we had a great time! While we usually prefer rooms with multiple spaces to explore, this one was a single-room setup but still packed with fun and creative puzzles. The challenges were engaging and well thought out, and our game host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience for just the two of us!
