We had such a great time at this escape room! Darren was an absolutely fantastic host — so funny, upbeat, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He explained everything very clearly and his energy made the whole experience even more fun. When we needed hints, he gave them at just the right moments and kept the comedy going throughout! You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made a huge difference to our experience. Highly recommend — especially if Darren is your host!

Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations are generally non-refundable. However, rescheduling is possible at the discretion of the general manager if requested more than 24 hours before your original booking, with the new date within 30 days. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if rescheduling isn't possible, no refund will be issued. In severe unforeseen circumstances, a voucher may be offered. We had such a great time at this escape room! Darren was an absolutely fantastic host — so funny, upbeat, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He explained everything very clearly and his energy made the whole experience even more fun. When we needed hints, he gave them at just the right moments and kept the comedy going throughout! Firstly skye our games host was lovely. However, we had called ahead to start early...the staff then stayed in the office drinking coffee while we waited until we got their attention and were told we could start straight away....However the set up chat took another 10 mins. Not skyes fault but frustrating when we were on a time restraint. We have done 33 rooms all over the place...and this is down as one of the poorer ones Not because of the story but the quality of room. To be clear, I absolutely wouldnt have written this review had I not found out from talking to previous players that the room has been neglected for years...I.e the missing hand of the angel statue...which has been missing well over a year?? The music and tech never triggered in the room. Skye had to come in and explain what was MEANT to happen. We definitely had a few bits jumped for us because the tech didnt trigger. (I used to be a game master so I know the craic) multiple clues we solved didn't react and we had to redo them like the blood wall. Some of the props were literally falling apart in our hand (the garlic bulb in the kit). After the game skye explained very politely that the tech was faulty and it was a one off...but after speaking to others...this isnt a one off and the room issues have just been neglected. I probably won't return or recommend if these basics are ignored continuously and more importantly...leaving the staff to handle disappointed customers is kinda grim.
It was so much fun. Host Sky was great. Puzzles were good not too hard cough cough apart from last one...sets were great...would def do again. Thank you Sam and Angie
LOVED IT SO MUCH! the rooms are incredibly intricate, you'll solve something at one part of the room and suddenly something else opens at another side of the room! Its crazy! Its such a fun experience! AND THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL!!! Our hosts were Darren and sky! But we also met some other staff (who I didn't get the names of 😭) who were also super sweet! Darren introduced us to the room, gave us the run down, the safety and the rules! And he was super sweet and welcoming! Whilst inside the person giving us the hints was sky and she was super helpful and SUPER FUNNY! I had a great laugh whenever she spoke through the walkie talkie! Me and my dad had a great time and would definitely come back again!
