Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the game start time are subject to a 33.33% cancellation fee, capped at £50. No refunds are available for cancellations within 72 hours of the game or for bookings made with promotional codes. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 5 days in advance, or incurs a £20 fee if requested between 2 to 5 days prior. Rescheduling is not possible within 48 hours of the booking. No-shows (late by more than 20 minutes) forfeit the full amount paid. Partial refunds for individual players are not offered.

We had a great time at the mansion room! The puzzles are really fun and engaging, and the staff that helped us (Stuart & Tash!) were so lovely and respectful. Will absolutely be back and will tell everyone to come!
We had an excellent time at Riddle Rooms. It offered the perfect mix of fun, challenge and immersion. Our group left happy, chatting about our favourite puzzles and already planning the next visit to try a different room. The team at Riddle Rooms clearly care about the experience they delivered really good customer service, and it shows.
Our first time yaking part in an escape room and we had a brilliant time at the Riddle Rooms. There were 3 of us taking part, one 13 year old and 2 slightly older (!) and were really well looked after by Rose. Pre-game instructions were very clear and the 'support' received from Rose during the game was also very well received. We were in the Time Agent room, which was challenging, and with a few hints and tips we managed to escape with a couple of minutes to spare. Once again, thanks to all of the team at Riddle Rooms, expecially Rose. A great day out.
