Great service from the lady that was our guide on the day. Our party arrived late to start and they did their best to accommodate us with as much time as they could. We started before the second part of our party arrived and there were no issues with them being let in.
We did the Dr Watson Room, and as advertised it was very hard but still enjoyable even though we were not able to complete it even with hints provided when we got stuck.

Our guide Rob was super helpful when we all realised a puzzle had been ‘adjusted’ by a previous group.
Latest visit was Watson’s office which did a great job of pushing the difficulty up enough to be a nice challenge.

Booking & Cancellation
To cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify Escape Live by email using the registered email address for that booking; however, please note that no refunds are provided for cancellations, including those made with gift vouchers. Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours before your booking. For reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, a £20 fee applies. Bookings cannot be changed once the scheduled time has begun or passed, and there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after booking. To reschedule, call 0121 572 3131.

Our host was Alex and he was amazing. We did the jack the ripper room and it was so fun and scary. He dressed up as a pig and i accidentally headbutted him and he was so lovely about it (again i’m so sorry alex :) ). We all had such a fun time and he was so kind and lovely and helped us out a lot when we were stuck. Thank you again for everything we had so much fun
Did the Casino Heist escape room with Escape Live and it was brilliant! Super immersive, clever puzzles, and just the right level of challenge. Our host was great and kept the energy up the whole time. Definitely one of the best escape rooms we’ve done, would 100% recommend!
Brilliant and fun! Went to the peaky blinders official room and staff were very friends and got in character so well. Dayna our hostess was brilliant and made the experience more fun. The room was set up well and very engaging. There was something for everyone to do. Would recommend!
