The Escape room we did was in itself fun and engaging. Some of the props were showing signs of wear and tear but this happens. The puzzles were reasonably well thought out and intricate in places but not difficult. The major downside came with the staff of the venue, there was a distinct lack of enthusiasm with the game master seemingly unaware that we'd finished the game and let ourselves out into the hallway. He then met us and stated "oh you're out" then turned and went back to reception without so much as a follow me. All in all a good escape room experience, but a poor customer service one.

Took us a while to find everything, but the puzzles were quite straightforward.
Enough to keep three of us busy.
Cael was hospitable, gave good clues, sometimes unprompted when we missed something obvious, and willing to take lots of photos afterwards.
Great experience, will be back :)

The staff and the rooms were 10/10! We arrived a little bit late for the last session of the day however we were still allowed our full hour and even a little extra at the end which was very much appreciated! Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back to take on the other rooms!
Loved my visit here. Me and my husband tried the Alcatraz room. It's not as easy as the Google reviews say, so don't be fooled. It really put our teamwork skills under the spotlight because you're not getting out unless you work together. The props are so cool, actually looks and feels like you're in a prison. Staff are really nice. We were helped by Jenny and Jacob who were very good and only helped if we asked.. no one just 'popped in' on our escape like some reviewers have said happened to them. We have already booked the rest of the family to join us with The Bank Job in a few days. Thank you for a fab experience, we both thoroughly enjoyed it!!
Third time here, we did 2 rooms in 1 sitting so we've done 4 out of the 5 currently available rooms (the 6th is coming next year. As we still haven't been to any other escape rooms establishment, I can't compare this place to anywhere else. However, it is, in my opinion, very good. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms offer varying degrees of challenge. We can't wait to go back to do the 5th room, and again next year when the new game is opened.
